Hathway — Wrong plan giving to customer

Address: Dahisar east, Mumbai 68

Hi,

Hathway is giving wrong plan to me.
They are on new connection said giving you 40mbps, but on the recharge showing 15mbps.
They need only customer for monthly targets.
After this they said call to tech team they will resolve.
And tech team said you have 15mbps plan.
I got connection on 3rd July but speed issue is there.

My address and number you can got from my account number.
Also my net is always down.
And wifi network problem is there replace the new modem but same.
If you are not resolving the issue get my money back i don't want it.
