We have purchased an AC from mani enterprises located in secunderabad in the year 2022, April. Recently on April18, 2024 we had an issue with AC functioning. so we have reached out to our nearest Havells Lloyd dealer to check with the fault. They sent a service men and found out it was a PCB board issue and said it had to be replaced.
For that the dealer has sent an email to Havells LLoyd service center for PCB board estimation on April 21st. Since then there is no proper communication is sent from customer service of the company, and we are also raising multiple service requests from our side using Havells sync app. All the service requests we are raising are getting a reply message saying that "issue is resolved" without even any one addressing what is the issue, its been almost more than 20 days without response from Havells.

we also have an extended warranty for our product.
We are losing our respect for the brand and want the company to address this issue on priority.
