Respected sir/madam,
I am writing this letter to bring in your notice, that i purchased an air conditioner from amazon, cloudtailindia pvt limited on 25/3/2021. Here are all the basic details of the product and its purchase:

Name of the product: ac

Warranty time assured: 1 year
I want to bring to your notice that i am facing problems in the product. The product is having cooling problem from day of installation. Many times your technician visited but could not solve the problem. This time he said that problem is due to gas leakage from ac and he refilled the gas 3 days back, but again witin 24 hrs the ac is not working. Even your technician could not find the place from where gas is leaking. We are fed up of repeated complaining to you. Also technician send by you is not competent enough. Since the product is still under warranty, i would like to get the product replaced as soon as possible. I am attaching a copy of bill for your reference.
