This is with regards to the complaint raised by me on 4th Jan 2017 with your customer helpline number[protected] wherein I had requested for an engineer visit to check on my Havells Geyser which had stopped working.
On 5th Jan, 2017, I got a message from Havells stating that my complaint has been assigned to Mr. Pradeep Mishra who not only failed to turn up but also cared less to even give a call.
After continuous follow up for next few days on my part, an engineer named Mr. Pratap (Jmx Techtronix) finally visited me on 10th evening @ 8.00 PM. The reason why I am highlighting the date and time is to showcase the utter lack of ownership on part M/s JMX Techtronix and your company.
After the engineer duly checked the equipment, he came to the conclusion that the electricity cable is faulty and needs to be changed and also cautioned us to not use the cable as he has removed the safety instrument attached to the cable. In case same is used, there is a possibility that the element will get damaged.
He also assured us that within a day or so, he will come back with an new cable and get the geyser working. We also highlighted the fact that element of the geyser is not functioning properly due to which the water is not getting heated at the desired temperature but nothing was done.
Then again I started the rigmarole of contacting the engineer again and again but all I got in return is assurances and a statement that-“they are waiting for the cable to come”
Hence, since 4th Jan 2017, we are left high and dry and at the mercy of this so called professionals. Till date, nobody either from Havells nor from Jmx Techtronix has cared to check or give us a status update. Was this information helpful? |
