[Resolved] Havells India — Water heater

One person came and checked the issue and reported thar coil is faulty and needs replacing. Till now he has not come back for installation. Further, i was told that labour/service charges will be 150 however this person took 250 from us

The person said he will come back to me with exact pricing of the coil however has not called back

Complained at the call centre about the excessive charges however the agent was not helpful and did not answer the query

Dear sir,
I have purchase a ceiling fan on dated Feb.20, 2017 from Mitral electricals Baheri, Bareilly, U.P.i have claimed on April 23, 2017 that my fan is not working.24 hour has passed but the problem is still same .
Kindly try to solve my problem
