relieving letter and fnf letter

I was joined 29 oct 2018 in hdb financial services ltd.
I have resigned though paper and hr email id at -1 sept 2019 to 30 sept 2019. But till date i have not received fnf letter and relieving letter. Reminder 1, 2, 3 mail also.. But not action taken and not any reply from hr. My mentor was telling... I have exited from system..
