I relieved hdb financial services feb 26‐Jan‐20 also i send relieving letter to official mail i'd i attached screen shot also i paid my f&f settlement rs. 2864 also i attached neft details. But they didn't provide me any letter at least give me relieving letter otherwise give my money back

I paid extra month EMI interest because of bank sent wrong pre-closing loan percentage

Hi Team,
I have raised pre-closure loan request on 11th feb 2023, they sent approval on 28th Feb 2023 with pre-closure charges percentage is @4.72% as per agreement, if customer pays 36 EMI's it suppose to 2%. I have raised same to customer care. I have already paid 39 EMI's by that time.

They sent revised pre-closure letter to my whatsapp with 2% after paying the 40th EMI(5th March 2023). I raised request to customer...
