Loan against HSBC life insurance

I am one of the customers who fall into their trap. Last month I got a call from HDBFS regarding a loan which is a secure loan against HSBC policy. They convinced me and I purchase a 21000 rupees policy. They told me that after I received the policy paper then my loan process will start. Loan Disbursal

The commitment given by the manager is different from loan amount disbursed.
To discuss on this complaint we came to respective branch to discuss with branch manager.
But they had kept waiting me for past two and half hours and still waiting.
I just asked either do the loan as per commitments given to me or else close the loan which was disbursed without my intimation....
