Incorrect name mention in my relieving letter middle name not updated

Address: HDB Financial Services Limited 2nd Floor, Wilson House, Old Nagardas Road, Near Amboli Subway, Andheri (East), Mumbai – 400069.

Fraud in terms of charging Fine

I have submitted an account change request back in the month of May stating clearly that my existing account is closed so please change it to my new account, the person there gave me an assurance as need not to worry it will be done and I need to pay 880 INR as change request fee, I did that and its been 3 months till now they are trying to get money from my closed account and I am paying them through PhonePe every month and on top of it...

Illegal Harassment by loan Recovery Agents by calling my relatives & Society Member who are in no way party to loan

I had a Personal Loan from HDB Financial Services
HDB Loan No. 1928263 .

The Recovery Agents Have been calling my Relatives & Threatening them round the clock.

These Muscle men are allegedly threatening my relatives that they are Loan Co borrower & Guarantor.

Even Though none of My relatives & society members are party to the loan yet these Recovery agents are harassing, Defaming & Threatening...

Regarding two times emi payment of two wheeler loan account no 19450417

Respected sir.
I have a two wheeler loan account no 19450417 with hdb. I have a emi of Rs 3537 rs . Which has to be deduct on 2nd of the month. Recently On August 2022 payment is not deducted even sufficient balance Is present. But it shows bounced payment. And after going to nearest branch they say to pay charge of bounce emi with 3537 rs. Not paid the gratuity after left job

I have running personal loan of EMI Rs 2796 monthly.3 months before, due to insufficient balance, bounce my AUTO debit and extra charges I paid for this.After 3 months, RTN charges cut and why I will pay this??In loan portal it is not showing that, because of this reason your money is cut.Directly deducted from bank account....
