Hi Team, I have been charged an amount of Rs.112.36 in the name of "TPT cash txn charges Nov13 070414". what is the strategy that youy bank follows, deducting the amount in between of the year without any intimation. Kindly refund the amount deducted.

I am a high value customer with HDFC bank. The bank suddenly decided to stop sending paper statements without taking any consent from me. There is no value to simply calling customers "Preferred customers" if you do not know how to treat customers as such! It is basic courtesy to allow customers to "opt out" of paper statements but continue giving them the option. even my 500 rupee per month Airtel bill comes by paper and they do not try to force me to accept e-statements. I am thinking of shifting my business to a bank that cares about their Customers and means it when they call a customer "Preferred"

This is a unnecessary deductions so kindly reverse my amount back to my account otherwise i have to close my account because other banks don't charges these kind of taxes like yours. how can you ppl deduct in 2014 for the year 2013. I have made a purchase to buy laptop in chennai. Before making the swipe, I got the confirmation that the transaction will be converted into EMI. Now they say that I have made gold purchase instead of laptop. I have provided the transaction bills, laptop bought bills etc. Then they said via mail that it is approved and asked to contact in phone because it is confidential. After calling them for 3 times, they say that it will not be done and I have proved that it is for laptop only. Now they are asking me to pay 40, 000 in one shot. Bank: HDFC Location: Chennai Really they have created panic in my monthly planings. False commitments.

Hi, I ordered(No. 1813597) a DVD player from HDFC Bank's Smart Buy portal on 1st of April 2014. Till now its not yet delivered. When I spoke to their customer executive on today, they are saying that the order is canceled because of out of stock and amount will be refunded with in 10 days. They haven't canceled my order until this date if there is an out of stock of product. They are playing a drama and asking me to wait for another...

I have applied Online for a Regular Savings Account in HDFC Bank Website. I have furnished all the required details and also uploaded required documents for opening a New Regular Savings Account with HDFC Bank on Wed[protected]:35 PM. The Application number is DSA[protected]. I received an Email and SMS response immediately stating that " Our representative will call you shortly to schedule a time to take your signature on the form and pick up the necessary documents, if required, to process your application." "If you do not hear from us within 1 working day, you may write to us at onlineapp.[protected]@hdfcbank.com" Since I did not receive any response from the bank for more than 1 working day as mentioned, I emailed about the status of the application to the mentioned email id - onlineapp.[protected]@hdfcbank.com on Thu[protected]:27 PM. For this email I did not receive any kind of response. Not even a single email or SMS. Then again I emailed a follow up on Mon[protected]:41 PM. For this email also I did not receive any response or a call or even an SMS. HDFC Bank provides a option in their website to Apply Online for opening a Regular Savings account and they do not even bother to respond to the application. What kind of system is the bank operating on. If the bank is too busy to respond to applications online, then why do the bank bother to waste my time by providing a so - called APPLY ONLINE option in their website. They could straight away ask me to visit the nearest branch to open an Account. My Application for opening a Regular Savings account itself is being ignored like this, I cant even imagine what it would be for other services such as Demat, Loans, Credit Cards etc with HDFC Bank. Very Unprofessional on the part of HDFC Bank. I didn't expect such Lethargy from a reputed bank such as HDFC Bank or maybe i was under the wrong impression as this HDFC Bank was professional and reputed in the first place.

Dear HDFC Bank, Could you please refund my account[protected] with the charge deducted as depository charge on 15-Apr? I wanted to have a clear explanation on how could this amount be deducted off my account without my consent. As per RBI guidelines, NO CHARGES SHOULD BE LEVIED ON CUSTOMER ACCOUNT WITHOUT ANY PRIOR NOTIFICATION. Could you please tell me when have you informed me about this charges? Thanks, Sugumar M

I paid ten installments of premium for pension plan scheme brought out by this HDFC standard life in the year 2004.the same was matured on 4th feb 20014 and i was asked to visit HDFC Std life office. before hand i collected the documents and handed over them to Sri Namdev Nishant of HDFC Std Life.He misplaced the cancelled cheque and nearly i recived SMS from him To send another one. and he asked me to scan and send to his personal mail ID. immediatly i recieved message that my policy has been renewed. i was shocked. on reciept of policy vide number16632005. I returned the policy HDFCstandardlife.requesting them to cancell the policy AND RETURN THE MONEY. NOW AFTER ONE MONTH I RECIEVED A SMS MESSAGE FROM THEM THAT MY REQUEST WAS NOT AGREED AND I SHOULD VIST HDFC STANDARDLIFE OFFICE. WHO WILL PAY THE TAXI/BUS/TRAIN CHARGES? WHY I SHOULD VISIT? tHIS IS DEFINTLY A BOGUS COMPANY CHEATING PEOPLE BRINGING USELESS POLICIES. tHIS IS THE COMPANY WITH MAXIMUM NUMBER OF COMPLAINTS IN INSURENCE SECTOR. PEOPLE SHOULD STAY AWAY FROM THIS BOGUS COMPANY. ANY BODY PL HELP ME.

Hello, PPR Policy no[protected] I have been misled by hdfc life through HDFC agent w.r.t. policy number 14318012. I have paid premium of 3 years - Rs. 1, 80, 000 excluding service tax I was informed that If for some reason I have to surrender this policy, I shall get minimum amount of rs. 154, 211 after 3 years. Same has been stated in a very very very small font on the policy document as well. When I applied for surrender few days back, I was told that value of the same is 70, 128. I have worked very hard to earn money and I just cannot accept that hdfc life - through HDFC agent and HDFC is cheating me by taking my 3 years instalments. This is not acceptable. I have been HDFCs customer for very long time and I have never faced any issues with the bank. But this is really intolerable. Please return me my money as soon as possible - if not interest at least my complete premium should be returned. I want my complete money back. I have worked very hard for the same. The amount I have invested is more than my yearly salary. I request you to kind take some action and return me the same. Hi, I had applied for HDFC Bank International Credit Card through my company as part of its joining formalities. And I received the letter from bank that my application has been rejected without quoting any specific reason for rejection. When I called bank customer care (06Arpil14 13:15:00), representative told me that he won’t be able to share any specific reason for rejection as there are multiple eligibility criterias and its bank internal which can’t be shared with customer. I don’t understand, what is called internal to bank and kept hidden from their customer in transparent banking?? I requested representative to specifically tell me the reason, so that I can investigate myself if someone is screwing my credit rating without my knowledge despite of regular full payment of my credit card bills and never defaulting any of credit payment in the history. But he said even our system doesn’t have any specific reason recorded. I am pre-existing customer of HDFC and wasn’t expecting this from the bank. Not happy at all and I won’t be considering HDFC for banking in near future based on this experience. I want to complain about the lapse of premium insurance of Rs 50000, policy number 11473192, Mamta Malviya, due to lack of submission of premium per year.
So I request for the refund of premium insurance amount as per as the detail of the amount submitted.

My name is babulal, i am running a business of mobile & delears of samsung & nokia, i am holding hdfc swipe machine from past 3 years, before 5 months back i have received a swipe machine from samsung & nokia for the emi purpose. From last 20 days i m facing the problem in hdfc & samsung swipe machine both the machine simaltusouly not working as both tid appear the same. As i have approached to the samsung company they have told to contact pine labs. So we have called pie labs & they told me that you have to released a new plutus emi tid from your hdfc bank. So we called the custome care of hdfc they have given me the no. Mr. Mohammed khan whose mobile no. Is [protected] after speaking with them, he told to contact mr. Shiva [protected], the same response i received saying you please ontact mr. Bala mobile no. Is [protected] he is the right person to handle your problem. Before 6 days back i have spoke with him he told me that sir i will do it, he told that i need a signature & seal in a form which i personally will come & do it. From last 2 days he is not picking my phone. Today when i call up him he used the abuse languageand told that he will released the new tdi what ever you want to do you can do. You can compliant about me in hdfc i dont care & used abuse words abour me & hdfc. So i request you to please go through this matter as i am facing a problem in swiping as samsung is lauching s5 smart phone with 15% cash back offer. Already i have booked 10 nos. Of phone for my customer. So please help me out in this matter.

I have checked statement of my account and found that there was deduction of amount 2500.00 from last couple of months . HDFC Bank Sharanpur Nashik Branch When I called to HDFC bank customer care, they told me that this was deducted due to average balance not maintained as your account is no more a salary account now. I have registered complaint in HDFC Bank customer care, and today I get called from HDFC bank, I asked them to close my account immidiatly but They are saying they will reverse only 2month AMB charges back actually they have deducted for 5 months. I have explained them that I didn't get any notification from bank side, they said that they have mailed on my previous company address, but actually I have changes mailing address of account to my current address and I didn't get any mail. I have not got any alert mail/call regarding the same even I haven't got any SMS regarding information for this deduction.

This is in reference to the transaction made into my account without intimating me by hdfc bank. An amount of Rs 842.70 has been debited on 12 Mar 2014 from my account, mentioning about 'depository charges DEPOSITORY CHARGES FEB[protected] on demat account. I have never used this account. I have never been told that they have opened demat account with my normal saving account. Please help and give me an update on [protected]@yahoo.co.in

I have taken two loans from my HDFC BANK CREDIT CARD. One on 29/08/2013 for 2 Lakhs &14/12/2013 for 89000.I have foreclosed both the loans post my call with Customer Service Executive basis the foreclosure amount mentioned by them.

1st loan the foreclosure was done on 8th Jan 2014 by ATM Transfer for 189762/= & 2ndloan foreclosure was done on 5th Jan 2014 also through ATM Transfer for 92430/=

Today when I called them up to get some General Information’s regarding my card, I was told that both the loans on my Credit Card are live and yet to get foreclosed. I was shocked and told them both loan foreclosure amount was derived post my call with your Customer Service team, but there are refusing the same, also the ridiculous part in this transaction is that none of them are ready to give a solution to my Problem.

The bankers have completed cheated me and i have been a loyal customer with HDFC for past10 years without any default, also today I have made the additional FC amount for both the loans for 5405/- for 1st loan & 2311 for 2nd loan which they have charged me. Secondly I have made the same to escalate this matter to Consumer Forum and also to file a case which I will be doing shortly.

The HDFC bank has cheated a loyal customer and I want my Additional amount Charged paid by me today for Rs.7716/- through ATM along with a compensation amount forgiving Mental Worry.

I request Consumer forum to render Justice.

My Name is Namita Powale, I was HDFC CREDIT CARD HOLDER but since last three years my card is block account is settled. I already paid Rs. 38, 000/- or more and strictly called them cancelled my credit card. I received a call regarding same for payment confirmation and cancellation receipt of my credit card. My card limit was 40, 000/-. After couple of months collection agencies started calling me for payments. I was under impression that my account was settled and by them my account kept accruing following charges each month:
Late fee
Service charge for Late fee
Overlimit charge
Service charge for Overlimit charge
Finance charge / Interest
Service charge for Finance charge / Interest

Now, Ms Fatima Shaikh wants me to pay 72, 000/- (all above charges) thats not possible for me and I will not able to pay as well because I already paid my usage with interest of HDFC Bank. In last week I received calls from [protected], [protected], [protected]. I wanted to launch a complaint against these numbers as they using abusive language over the phone with me and next time I didn’t pick a call they called on my Husband’s office talked to owner of the company in abusive language. I am continuously telling them that I will not pay anything now because issue is over I don’t even know my card no because it’s a past since they are sending their executives to my home continuously calling my friends and family. Now I feel it’s kind of an extortion calls I am receiving from hdfc people and they don’t have any manners of talking to customers. Now I am a jobless pregnant lady from middle class family can’t be pay such a huge amount and y should I pay?? HDFC bank want me to pay Rs. 72, 000/- against for the credit amount Rs. 40, 000/- against which I Total I paid more than Rs. 40, 000/-. If will not pay this then they will give me, my family extortion calls. I need .How much a person has to pay to a bank against his card. It’s a crime for person to take hdfc card .A person has to pay more than his usage .I wants a right PERSON TO GUIDE ME where i can complaint against these persons and wanted to sort out this problem without paying a single penny.
Also I want few questions to be answered:
1. Does HDFC collection executive have right to lie and give false commitments to achieve their monthly targets?
2. Does HDFC bank have authority to abuse and threaten people to collect the money?
3. Does HDFC collection agent have rights to unethically avail card member’s family members and friend’s information?
4. Does HDFC collection agent have rights to call card member’s family members and for collection?
5. Does HDFC collection agent have rights to harass card member’s family members and friends and to threaten them?
6. Does HDFC bank often sends wrong letters for settlement to the customers?
7. Will I get justice and compensated for the trauma I had gone through due to unethical business practice followed by HDFC bank executives?
8. Will I get any written explanation and apology from HDFC bank?

HDFC bank has caused a mental trauma to Me, My family members and my family friends.
HDFC bank executives have jeopardized banks reputation and my financial standing.
I have been harassed, humiliated and traumatized by the recovery agents employed by HDFC Bank.
It has caused me great embarrassment in my society and spoiled my reputation.

I have lost faith in HDFC credit card division and the way your collection department behaves. Also I have all recordings regarding the harassment received from collection executive employed by HDFC Bank and would register a police complaint against them and the bank.

I need an escalation in this case and would like to get a favourable resolution to this issue, falling which I will be forced to take further.
