HDFC Bank not reissuing the card

Way back in December 2012 I had some unknown transactions, so I had block my card to avoid further transactions. I had to struggle for nearly 6 months with HDFC to reverse the transactions, they kept saying they are checking with merchant, one of there representative said to not pay till the dispute is resolved, but the dispute was never resolved and they kept sending me monthly bill with Late fines and taxes every month even after I explained...

12k deducted from my savings account

Am a Wipro employee US and I did open this HDFC account for my reimbursement account. My savings account did not have money but then current account has. INTER-BRN CASH CHG INCL ST & EC 121213

I, myself have deposited 4 Lakhs in my HDFC Bank Max Saver A/c and they have deducted INR 2, 247.2 without any prior intimation. When I checked with customer care they are giving th reason for every 50, 000 deposit there will be charges of INR 50 but that should sum up to INR 200 only. There is no answer for extra charges and they are asking me to wait for 7 working to get this issue resolved. Even the customer care service is pathetic...
