I am using HDFC Credit Card from last 4 years, I am paying back minimum balance plus some amount them in every month. for 25 k limit i have approximately more than 50000 to them. but my outstanding always come to 25, 000, and 4 months i have requested them to convert outstanding to 1.5 Years EMI, but they did not listen me and continuously sending the bills with the penalty. now it comes 33, 000 rupees, I am very upset about them i have complained many times with their higher officials also. But they simply telling that my credit card is dont have EMI Facility, when their executivie selling card to me he did not explain anything about this. Kindly solve this issue. I am not new to HDFC I have taken bike loan, personal loan and completed all payments with NOC.

Please follow the below steps to submit your request for a Cheque Book through NetBanking:
Access your NetBanking account with your Customer ID and NetBanking Password (IPIN)
Select "Cheque Book" below the "Request" section on the left hand side of the page
Select the Account number (if more than one account)
Click on "Continue" and then "Confirm"
A reference number will appear on the screen confirming your request. A new Cheque book sent by courier to your address on record so as to reach within 7 working days.
There are no charge for issuance of Cheque book of 25 cheque leaves per half year for Savings and Salary account holders. Additional chequebook of 25 leaves will be charged @ Rs 75/- per chequebook.

The request for a fresh Cheque book can also be logged through the ATM (through the option of "others"), PhoneBanking (through the IVR), SMSBanking, Toll Free Mobile Banking or over the counter at any Branch of the Bank. This is recommended in case you wish to place a special request (number of cheque leaves required is more than the standard issue of 25).
