I have applied fastag from HDFC on 7th Nov, 2019 and the reference number is HRF335509. I have not received the fastag yet and no communication about the same.

There is no email id and the customer care no is always busy, when it gets connected no one answers the call.

There must be a communication from the bank or the fastag.

I have not experienced such online services where we don't have any information.
The details should be shared by the bank.

    Hi, this is manoj from bangalore today morning i registered for hdfc fastag from hdfc link site for i have been charged with rs 500 from my credit card and the refrence number is hfr476334. After registered i got a message the fastag application pdf is sent to your registered email id. I havent received any mail or message yet. Could you please look into it. Even not able to get in touch with customer care guys of hdfc [protected].

    Could you please help regarding the issue.

      I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 inr. The reference number of the application is hfr344310. I have uploaded signed copy of the final document and rc/aadhaar and since then there is no update.

      There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

      I have been with hdfc for 2 years now (Saving acc, cc, loans, hdfc life) and this is the worst moment with them.
      The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

        I have not received any intimation thereafter on my registered email id as was stated.

          Hi myself harish, hdfc fastag online is a big cheat made payment twice for 2 vehicles. First time filled all the details and made the payment of 1000/- through hdfc credit card where money deducted and no mail or acceptance came for the fastag, i called customer care and went to branch also nobody knows anything about fastag. [protected] is not at all working. Second time i made the payment from yesbank debt card where money got deducted of 1000/- and pop up message of mail with application (Fastag application number hfr455757) pdf will be sent to mail but i didnt get anything again called customer care and hdfc fastag toll free number (Which is not working) and branch people also nobody has details. I guess they are big cheat

          All these happened on 22/11/2019

          The first 1000/- payment made from hdfc credit card should be return to me and the above application status with proper fastag issue

            Yesterday i tried paying from hdfc cc to purchase fastag from hdfc online money got deducted but page error came and second time i used my yes bank debit card where money got deducted but i did not received any mail from hdfc which they say about pdf and [protected] is not at all working and branch and customer care people has no idea about fastag. Dont know what to do now. For simple fastag i lost 2000/-

              I have got the fastag issued from hdfc bank but i do not the customer id and wallet id. As per the procedure mentioned on bank website, i am trying to register it online through rfid number and vehicle number. However, i am unable to do the same. Have been trying the customer care since morning (25 calls) but it is constantly busy. There is no other way to reach them.

                My fastag application number is hfr348805. An amount of 500 has been deducted on november 9th. It was indicated that an hdfc personnel will get in touch with me in a week'd time but that did not happen. So far there has been communication on when the card will be dispatched to me. The customer care just refuses to work and is constantly engaged. Interestingly i tried calling the number at 1 am (Night) and some one lifts the phone and advises me to call back between 10 am to 5 pm. This is shoddy service. Please refund my 500. I will approach someone else for my fastag.

                The provided phone number is always engaged and does not work. There is no one to talk to and register the complaint. When will the card be dispatched? This is pathetic and horrible service.

                      There was a fastag (Customer id[protected] issued to me by hdfc and i noticed that a wrong email id was updated and i dropped a mail on 14th oct and also made call to customer care. But after repeated reminder the correct mailing id has yet not updated and there is a 2.5% cashback is also not given for all national toll movements as updated on hdfc fastag site.

                      The customer care no. Either always be busy or not responding and also never received even a mail acknowledged from hdfc.

                          Hello sir / madam,

                          I have not received by wallet id for my fastag. Because of this i am not able create fastag account for myself.

                          I have received my rfid from hdfc and when i try to login, it is asking for wallet id and in hdfc portal it was mentioned that wallet id will be received from the welcome emailer. Unfortunately, i haven't received the welcome emailer as well.
                          Also i have tried to connect a lot of times via hdfc fastag customer care number [protected].
                          This number every time found busy and whenever it connected it only rings background music only.

                            My name is sumit bahri. I am using hdfc credit card for over 10years now.
                            Due to my illness, i had to quit my job and therefore i am not able to pay by bills on time. For last 1 year, i have tried to pay at least the minimum due amount on time as much as possible. However the outstanding dues doesn't seem to reduce.
                            Therefore i tried to speak to the bank regarding the settlement of the credit card. Everytime i call the bank or someone from the bank calls me, i try to explain them the situation but no one is ready to help or give any satisfactory answer.

                                    I applied for a fastag on hdfc bank site on 19th nov 2019 and paid an amount rs. 500/- towards it and received an application number "hfr351550" and i was told that i should receive my tag in 7days time. But till now i have neither received a call from them nor any info in any form.in fact i am trying to reach out to them thru call or email and there is no response.

                                    I raised a complaint earlier here and i was told to send an email to "fastag. [protected]@insolutionsglobal.com" for all communication, and i dropped an email and that is on the 16th of this month and i am still waiting for a response from them.

                                    Even if i call them no one picks up the call, it just kept ringing.

                                    I didn't expect a top bank in india will have such kind of irresponsible service, that too nothing buzzes them.

                                    Is there a way to check what happened or if possible can i get back my money?

                                    But still not clear on when I will get the tag itself. It's already 20 days over when I applied for it on HDFC bank site.

                                      Yesterday i applied for hdfc fastag.in which while doing payment it charged me rs. 500 whereas on-site rs. 300 was mentioned. Though i made the payment but after that, it was displayed on the screen that pdf will be sent on my mail id. But i did not received any mail.
                                      Also kindly provide the status of the fastag application with reference number hfr443540.

                                      I applied Hdfc bank in fastag but not received at my home.my application refrence number is HFR601999 and 1000rs deducted in my account because site on error on display but amount withdraw so please my fastag send at my home

                                      I have applied for HDFC Fast tag on 9th Dec by application reference number HFR980553 and got message after making payment that Application PDF will be sent on registered mail ID but as on date there is no method to track the same.Kindly confirm how to track this because as on date we have not received the same on the mentioned address.

                                      I applied Fastag using HDFC portal on 9th December, received message stating that PDF will be sent to registered email ID and Fastag will be delivered within 7 days. Post that, I haven't received any confirmation nor I could able to connect to the customer helpline number. No email ID provided to raise grievance too. My reference ID is "HFR969821". Reading multiple negative reviews for HDFC fastag, which really ruining the reputation.

                                      Can anyone assist me in resolving my issue or provide any escalation matrix to reach HDFC customer care for Fastag related services apart from Hotline number, as it is not getting connected anytime.

                                      Looking forward for a favourable reply soon.

                                      Government usually levies fine on public, but don't take action against any organisations. We have raised the request through the portals available to get Fastag, but due to delay in processing and bad services, we need to pay the penalty if we travel through Toll. Can anyone help me in taking necessary action against HDFC for the unresponsive behaviour. I am going through all the previous comment, but no one has received any response from HDFC officials to resolve the issue.
                                      I Have applied for hdfc fastag.I paid Rs.500/ for the same .Though i made the payment but after that, it was displayed on the screen that pdf will be sent on my mail id. But i did not received any mail.

                                        Amount 29.5 is was deducted with the description nwd dec chg (Atm withdrawal charges) even though my account was opened as salary account and was said there will be no sur charges for any no of withdrawals from atm other than hdfc. There were no intimation regarding the policy change if any also. This is very bad and unprofessionalism as a reputed worldwide bank shouldn't be doing this.
