I have purchased a fastag from hdfc bank.

I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 inr (200 for security amount & 200 as the top up amount & 100 rs as insurance).. I have uploaded signed copy of the final document and rc/aadhaar and since then there is no update.

In the confirmation message it was stated that the fasttag application pdf is sent to my email id.

I applied for hdfc fastag on 11.11.2019 and got reference number hfr356361. This was after payment was deducted from my account. However till date, i havent received the fastag.
I have tried to reach out on the toll free number mentioned on site, but nobody is answering.
Really not sure how to proceed.

Hi i have paid 500/- from my hdfc savings account for hdfc fastag sticker on 13th of november-2019. Till today i have not received any email / acknowledgement / call. Either return money or send us the fastag sticker. Ref no is hfr367989. This is worst ever way to get hdfc fastag. I applied for fastag on 10th november 2019 through hdfc bank making an online payment of 500 rs. The application reference number for the same is : hfr350782.

After the approval it was mentioned an email was sent on my registered e-mail id which happens to be [protected]@yahoo.com also a representative will get in touch soon and will receive the same within a week.

I have applied fastag application fasttag application refno. Hfr197219 on july 2019 through online and i have received fastag user id and password. Now whether i need to submit my kyc documents in the nearest branch. Whether any other procedures. I tried to contact hdfc fastag customer care but nobody lifts call. Your quick response will be appreciated...

I've applied for hdfc fastag ref no: hfr346526 on 09-11-19 through online and paid ₹500.

Today 21-11-19 still didn't receive fastag but mention that it'll be delivered in 7 working days. Forget about pdf application...:-)

If you don't honour then whats the purpose of apply/pay online in your portal, would've got it in any toll gates.

It's hard to believe that a reputed bank having such a lousy...

I have applied on 11th nov 2019 since then there is no updates and welcome letter to my registered mail and no way to track my application status.

I have applied for Fastag through HDFC bank online after seeing a campaign in the HDFC website. Followed the instructions and completed the application process, paid Rs.500 and also uploaded all the required documents. Not received the card and updates even after 15 days of paying the deposit and uploading all the documents. None from the bank called me or sent me fastag to home address.

No way to track application status or...
