Hdfc has broken the uk law by not providing a refund of the home loan processing fee.

The customer was first told to submit required documents at the time of application submission, then later was asked for more documents. When our client refused to provide any additional documents than initially asked the hdfc home loans london fought over it.

I submitted HDFC fasttag application and paid RS 500 online on November 10. Reference number is HFR352401. After that there is no response on application status nor I have received fasttag. Customer care number given on Portal is not working. Never expected this from a reputed bank. Such a scam....

I have been trying to seek help on one of the transactions that has been reversed by the merchant but does not reflect in my account statement. I have written multiple e-mails, shared the e-mail received from the merchant that clearly mentions the reference number, amount and the date of refund but the bank shows no intent to solve the issue. I applied for fastag online on november 15, 2019, application reference number hfr380913 and made payment of amount inr 500. Till date no communication or status update for the same is made. No acknowledgement sent on registered phone number or email id. I tried to contact the provided customer service number, but that too is not getting connected....

I visited so many times to hdfc bank (Bhiwandi branch - thane, maharashtra) but i did n't get any service from operation team including branch manager. The operation team in bhiwandi providing very worst service to thier customer and behaviouring very bad.

There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

I applied for fastag on 08.11.2019 at their website.I got an Application Reference Number as HFR345131, where it is mentioned that PDF Application will be sent to your registered mail ID and representative will contact me. I have already made payment of Rs. 500/- through online transaction.

I have applied for FASTAG application reference no. HFR428021 on 20th Nov thru HDFC FASTAG portal. I was supposed receive application form PDF, SMS & call regarding the same but show off as of now. I had ordered Fastag from HDFC Bank on 05 Nov 2019. I tried calling them multiple times but there is no response from them. They always used to transfer call from one department to another but never gave any update on status of the Fastag physical delivery. None of the representative contacted me for assistance on Fastag.

It is mentioned in the email that your representative is supposed to get in touch. However, this has not happened till now and i am getting no response from the customer care number that is provided. Please look into it and help me get my fastag as early as possible....
