Money not refunded after 12 days

Hdfc netbanking

I am using hdfc netbanking service from last almost 1 year without any problems. But nowadays its not working from last 2 or 3 days it is showing loading when i entered login id and password. I am using through hdfc netbanking mobile application. I also try to open it from Google chrome but the problem is remain same. It is showing that my last session is not terminated. As per my understanding this is "Txn - Transaction. Markup - Foreign currency markup. St - Service tax. It is the foreign currency markup charges charged to your card for doing swiping your card at an International location. ... HDFC bank charges 3.5 of the transaction amount as a fee for using your debit card for a transaction...

Nwd dec charges

Amount 28 is getting deducted with the description NWD DEC CHG (ATM Withdrawal charges) eventhough my account was opened as salary account and was said there will be no sur charges for any no of withdrawals from ATM other than HDFC. There were no intimation regarding the policy change if any also. This is very bad and unprofessionalism as a reputed worldwide bank shouldn't be doing this....

Not helping to get loan account statement

I took one personal loan from HDFC bank in Aug 2014. I don't remember my loan account number, and without account number I would not be able to get the statement.
I called HDFC customer care many times (since last week I am chasing them) and each time nobody knows how to furnish me with me loan account number or its statement.

They are just passing the ball from one person to other, even I visited nearest branch also...

Now on 2017 ask any hdfc a/c, So i check from HDFC it's open or closed yet. it's still open, i got the salary and seeing approx 13000 Rs. has been deducted from my account like AMB CHRG INCL ST & CESS and INST-ALERT CHG INC ST & EC.

Debited the 400 amount without balance from hdfc food prepaid card
