Telephonic customer service

Fake note from hdfc bank atm

Today on 22/3/2016 i withdrew an amount of Rs 400/- from HDFC bank atm in Begur road Bangalore. The ATM id is HDF ATM P1DCBU28 Txn# 1194. Among the 100 rs notes one of them is a counterfeited one. The atm even failed to print the receipt, but i have the transaction details in SMS and Internet Banking online pass book. I never expected that a reputed bank ATM will feed with fake currencies.
