A fraud transaction happened in my "food plus prepaid food card" of hdfc bank in between 21st / 22nd january, 2016 for an amount of 2080 rupees. I always get an sms and an email even on using the card for rs. 10/-, but for this specific transaction of rs. 2080/- i never received any intimation. Getting threatening calls & mails from HDFC after loan disbursement regarding the completion of IGR process.

There are multiple issues here:
1) I am not informed about the IGR charges and ownership till the loan has been disbursed & first EMI has been deducted so as per banking ombudsman guidelines, with prior information no process & charges can be imposed on customer.

I have and HDFC Credit Card. The last month arrears were Rs. 10861. I paid the minimum amount to avoid the late fee charges and paid the amount Rupees 10861 on 5th of March.
