On January 15 I received a statement regarding the deduction of an amount of 842.70 Rs from my account. I don't know from where the hell this amount got deducted. Currently I am a student and this amount of money means a lot to me. And contacting to customer care is even a cumbersome task as every time they ask for card and account details. I request HDFC team to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Regards Pratibha Pal

    Dear Sir, I have applied a auto loan through customer care 20 days back and i have been contacted by Mr, Sandeep who reporting to Mr, Sanjay RM. Firstly this person Sandeep doesn't have any convence to move that why he take long time to reach any destination and for this i sufferd a lot and he is very lethargic in his approach and after severel days i got a SMS that my loan is not released due to signature diffrence so i personally visited to nearest branch and got my signature verified which is very usual as my bank account is 9 years old and all my transaction is on same signature. I informed by sandeep that since he doesn't have time to come to ITO office and submit bank certify signature attested paper so i travel all the way did the same where again he started roaming here and there but fortunately a person of his team come and listen my story he did some help and my DELIVERY ORDER had been released so finally i am able to take delvery of my car on 14th jan but problem not end here because insurance paper not mailed to Hans hyundai motinagar and they refused to give my car and then i tried all my efforts to arrange insurance paper but sandeep phone is switched off and his RM sanjay said he doesn't no any thing about insurance so he suggest me to talk sandeep because he only know all my case. In all this drama i personally requested to dealer so some how they released the car with commitment that insurance copy must be deliver tomorrow morning and advice me to park my car at my home just to avoid any consiconses. In morning i phoned sandeep and ask about insurance copy so he said that a copy had been delver to dealer and my cover note courier to me but unfortunately till time i have not recieved cover note and when phoned him he very lethargicly told me i will recieved a cover note. I called his RM sanjay but as usaul he told me that he doesn't know any thing so i asked now 4 days happened must be their some on line insurance policy no is their so i get copy their but no help. All this expereince i Suggest firstly HDFC must penalised these people and secondly advice all of you pls choose any other company for auto loan becuase handling of HDFC to their customer.       Hi Team,

      Please help.

      I am using a credit card and account with the HDFC bank. As I was unable to gave the total payback of the credit card and they had holded my my Bank account and went for the settlement of the refund amount. I aggreed for the same and I received a call back for the same on my mobile number that the amount will be payback in the insatllment of 4500*8, with the first installment of Rs.4750, I aggreed, but they have now debited the amount of Rs.6500 from my account and they gave no inofrmation about the same . When I call the credit card department for the same, they say to call the debit card department and debit card department is asking to call on the credit card department and no body is giving the full information reagrding the same.

          I had a salary account in HDFC since November 2010. I was offered a Demat Account as well and assured that it is completely free of charge and will be chargeable only i[censored]sed for trading. Thereafter I have been using my HDFC salary account till September 2012 after which I left my then organisation and went abroad. The salary account thus got converted to a normal savings account. Now yesterday on 15th Jan 2014 there has been a deduction of 842.70 from my account mentioning "Depository charge for Dec 13th". But I have never used or logged in with my demat account since 2010 when it was opened. I was also not charged any depository fee for this account prior to this incident. Then how this undue deduction of money was done without any prior intimation. I was fully assured that the demat account doesn't have any charge and was hence coaxed into opening one. So, this sudden deduction is completely unacceptable. Look into the issue at the earliest and revert my money back to me as it is hard earned money.           Hi i am using the HDFC salary account + Demat Account as well, i been getting charged for every month Depository Charge of Rs29.56 in the time of a/c opening the Executive said there is no charges accept the brokerage fee.               Recently I was having some query regarding how to make 'pay order' from a bank, I called a customer service, working for HDFC bank, to check the liabilities and procedures. The HDFC number was not a toll free number and i was charged for the call. The number is this for Mumbai[protected]. When I called this guy, he told me to hold on for a sec, and transfered it to another customer service agent. That gap took 3 minutes and after a transfer, the other guy told me that as per the amount he need to calculate the pay order charges, so I waited for around 5-6 minutes to finish his calculation. Later on after that calculation he told me to visit a branch to get more information cause his computer got hung in the middle of calculation. Is this a proper service you give to your customers? why HDFC is not having a Toll Free number for Mumbai for customer help? Why their computers are not upto date for better services, hang of computer is bad clause that shows they are not able to solve problems if they have their own. I didnt expected this kind of service from these people. I advise to all to fight against this task and let them have a grub. Shame on HDFC!

                  I dr ganesh sherigar from pune took online policy from hdfc life click to protect.

                  Hdfc life had asked me to do certain medical tests at my own costs to be refunded back in a written email and verbally through customer care. Despite this, when i refused to take the policy due to unaccceptable terms, they have refused to pay the refund for my policy and are now attending any more to my complaints. It is a clear cut evidence of how they are going to cheat people in future too. If they cannot settle these problems when the person is alive, dont trust them to do it when you are not there. Your family will suffer at the hands of these cheats.

                  Hi Doctor, you are right.

                  HDFC life is making money from customer only thru bad investment plan . So customer are supposed to use proper analysis before any investment.

                  HDFC life is an unorganized system. It is not responsible for loss of customer hard-earned money. So be careful from such defaulter……

                    My name is sudeep. I received a call from HDFC Collections department for full & final settlement of my card in the last Week. I agreed to make the payment in one go & they promised me to send me the settlement letter regarding the same.(Rs 8000) I was using a credit Card from HDFC Bank.[protected]. After the talk to your bank collection guys for settlement part they have debited to my bank account for the full outstanding amount(17000) & not the agreed settlement amount. I am badly hurt with their this act as even on my agreeing to pay the full settlement amount they have debited my bank account with the total outstanding.plz take corrective action on this.                       Maim I am priti srivastava and my employee code is cp22534 in working in hdfc bank malaviya nagar branch new delhi .and my mentor is mr sfraj baig and his employee code is S15271. Maim/Sir I did join hdfc bank since 1 oct 2013 and my interview has been taken by Mr Mehtab singh maan at M39 hdfc bank barhkhamba road new delhi. He appointed me as a cse for malaviya nagar branch under the sales manager of mr sarfraj baig.But Maim/Sir from first day sarfraj sir told to me, I am having you in my team only under the pressure of Mr . mehtab sir even I do, nt want you in my team, I could not understand why he is saying like this. Now finally I have appointed and doing the working under the Mr.sarfraj but since 1st oct to till date I did didn?t get my offer letter and did not open my salary account when I ask to sarfraj sir about my offer letter he told me wait I will give you but till the date 12nov2013 I could not get my offer letter. And Maim/Sir my training hold on 28oct2013 and next day I went in field and got the business like one rd and 1 gi, From the first day I am working very hard . But when Sarfraz sir came from holiday and I gave him rd and gi on 30oct2013 then he demand for a account then I told to him sir am giving my best and will try to give the account on next day so please give me one day more but he become angry and told me go away with your id and gi, he through id and gi and told I don?t want to any type of business to you and you sit here and write your resignation and he started shouting on me. And when I came next day 31st oct 2013 his behavior was same and in a room he again started shouting on me go away from here othe wise I will call the guard if you did not give your resignation and when I ask the reason of resignation to Mr. Sarfraj, he sir told me, I don?t like you and don?t want to you in my team, this is enough for you so write your resignation when I didn?t write he told to another cse Mr KP Singh that he went and called the guard then I told ok sir I am going today from branch and tomorrow I will do what ever you want then he again told to Mr K.P Singh don?t call to guard she will be do as like I want And I come out from branch and called the Mr mehtab Sir BUT he said I got transferred so it will be better to talk with Mr. Dhananjay Pandey because now he is the area manager Then I called to Mr Dhananjay Pandey Sir and told but on that day he was going out of station and told me when I will delhi then you contact with me I told my problem to Dhananjay Sir and said that now too I don?t have any problem in work with Sarfraz sir if he can sort out all these matter, Dhnanjay sir told that he will come on 8th nov and told me that you call on 8th nov to me . On 8th nov I called Dhananjay sir then he told me he just came in delhi and he will call back in hour.After the few minutes Sarfraz Sir called me and ask me do you want to work under me or want to transfer whatever you want come to office rightnow and meet to me then I told to Sarfraz sir I want to working under you and am coming office.After this I called Dananjay sir and told to him the all conversion of between me and sarfraz sir after listening me dhananjay sir told to me ok if he is calling you so you should go to office. But in a office the Seen was deferent Sarfraz sir don?t want to back me in his team and he did meet with me 2 hour and told me between the meet gave you resignation and I will again appoint you within 1week but in recent you gave your resignation and he told that if you did not give resignation then I have to be give my resignation When I ask the again reason of resignation he told your cpv is negative.Mam I didn?t conceal anything and my address and my reference both are correct Sir also had talk with my reference. And when Sarfraz sir said that your cpv come negative then I told to him sir my address is correct you can check any time whenever you want and my reference number too is right you had also talk with him and my reference too had talk verification team and he told to me take this number the person on this number asking about you Priti And I told to sarfraz sir that he is giving the number of that person who did call him that am calling from hdfc bank do you know priti srivastva ?then Sarfraz sir told me it?s ok what I will be do of those number And Maim two other CSe Mr Bajarang Pandey and Miss Akancha Tripathi also have the negative CPV but Sarfraz Sir did verify personally their address ten why he did not doing same with me like he do with other CSE . I don?t know Maim What is the problem of Mr.Sarfraz sir with me Please Maim do the favor and take the matter in light and do what is right acording to law. And Maim, Sarfrz Sir again and again taking the issue of negative cpv whereas the truth is that my address and reference both are correct you can do check in your way . But I don?t know why Sarfraz Sir doing like this with me where as I achieved my work target. And Maim on 1st NOV2013 when I informed to sir that am suffering from fever and not able to come in office and when will feel better will be back in office then he replied me don?t come . Maim this massage is save in my mobile phone you can check this So its my humble request to you that do the my favor and give me justice and please sort-out all the problem . And now till the date from my join I don?t get my salary of October Month and this month he did not give me attendance register for sign. Sarfraj sir last Friday and Saturday to call me in office and repeat same voice gave your resignation even you want this that me Sarfraz gave his resignation so don?t create problem for me and you write your resignation and trust on me I will appoint you within week. but now on 27nov 2013 i got a termination letter by hdfc bank without reason .The Hdfc team send me termination only in influence of the conpiracy of my former boss Mr Sarfraz baig emp code S15271.                         Dear sir,
                        I had a credit card with Card no.[protected], on the name of Saurabh Agarwal, On this card i have received a legal notice for payment due.But as per my knowledge i dont have any due on this card and also on behalf of this card without my concern your phone banking team has done more than 6 insurance plan and all the payment has been deducted from my Credit card without my permission.And after so long follow up of 6 months some amounts have reversed but still some pending .Because of this your credit card team is issuin the notice without any communication, i had tried so many times and did followup for my credit card statement with the person who is looking after my case but still not received a single statement till date .Also every time they ask for money on very bad manner and not giving any statement and trying to hide the figures of my statement.i am give some detail to credit cadr divisin so reverse my policy amount but amount inttrest will be charge and not give my sttatement till date

                          HDFC charged me 1200 Rs because of they converted it from salary to saving account without my permission when I visited there HDFC executives were laughing behing my back about my balance deduction issue, They said HDFC is not for free if you have account in HDFC they have rights to debit balance without prior information.                             I had received my new Solitaire Credit Card on Nov 2013. Before this current card I had HDFC Women’s Credit Card since last 7 years. I never face any problem that tenure. But on 08/01/2014 you have active the auto-pay service against my credit card and Debits as Fine Rs. 505.62/- from my credit card accounts. Current balance payment of this card of Rs. 746/- which I had done on[protected] by IDBI net banking (please find the attachment of this transaction Ref. No.: MIDB [protected]).

                            Previous I had also a saving bank account in HDFC Bank. My Acc. No. was [protected] and Customer ID was 8622143. I had already closed this account approximately before six months. That time auto-pay service was active for my HDFC Women’s Credit Card. Your bank staff was direct me that when I de-registered that service then only my saving account would be closed and I had closed that auto-pay service as well as de-registered my credit card from my saving account.

                            Right now my heartiest request is that kindly refund the deducted amount Rs. 505.62/- ASAP and cancel auto-pay service of my Solitaire Credit Card (No – [protected]) before my second billing cycle.

But when Sarfraz sir came from holiday and I gave him rd and gi on 30oct2013 then he demand for a account then I told to him sir am giving my best and will try to give the account on next day so please give me one day more but he become angry and told me go away with your id and gi, he through id and gi and told I don?t want to any type of business to you and you sit here and write your resignation and he started shouting on me. And when I came next day 31st oct 2013 his behavior was same and in a room he again started shouting on me go away from here othe wise I will call the guard if you did not give your resignation and when I ask the reason of resignation to Mr. Sarfraj, he sir told me, I don?t like you and don?t want to you in my team, this is enough for you so write your resignation when I didn?t write he told to another cse Mr KP Singh that he went and called the guard then I told ok sir I am going today from branch and tomorrow I will do what ever you want then he again told to Mr K.P Singh don?t call to guard she will be do as like I want And I come out from branch and called the Mr mehtab Sir BUT he said I got transferred so it will be better to talk with Mr. Dhananjay Pandey because now he is the area manager Then I called to Mr Dhananjay Pandey Sir and told but on that day he was going out of station and told me when I will delhi then you contact with me I told my problem to Dhananjay Sir and said that now too I don?t have any problem in work with Sarfraz sir if he can sort out all these matter, Dhnanjay sir told that he will come on 8th nov and told me that you call on 8th nov to me . On 8th nov I called Dhananjay sir then he told me he just came in delhi and he will call back in hour.After the few minutes Sarfraz Sir called me and ask me do you want to work under me or want to transfer whatever you want come to office rightnow and meet to me then I told to Sarfraz sir I want to working under you and am coming office.After this I called Dananjay sir and told to him the all conversion of between me and sarfraz sir after listening me dhananjay sir told to me ok if he is calling you so you should go to office. But in a office the Seen was deferent Sarfraz sir don?t want to back me in his team and he did meet with me 2 hour and told me between the meet gave you resignation and I will again appoint you within 1week but in recent you gave your resignation and he told that if you did not give resignation then I have to be give my resignation When I ask the again reason of resignation he told your cpv is negative.Mam I didn?t conceal anything and my address and my reference both are correct Sir also had talk with my reference. And when Sarfraz sir said that your cpv come negative then I told to him sir my address is correct you can check any time whenever you want and my reference number too is right you had also talk with him and my reference too had talk verification team and he told to me take this number the person on this number asking about you Priti And I told to sarfraz sir that he is giving the number of that person who did call him that am calling from hdfc bank do you know priti srivastva ?then Sarfraz sir told me it?s ok what I will be do of those number And Maim two other CSe Mr Bajarang Pandey and Miss Akancha Tripathi also have the negative CPV but Sarfraz Sir did verify personally their address ten why he did not doing same with me like he do with other CSE . I don?t know Maim What is the problem of Mr.Sarfraz sir with me Please Maim do the favor and take the matter in light and do what is right acording to law. And Maim/Sir, Sarfrz (my boss)Sir again and again taking the issue of negative cpv whereas the truth is that my address and reference both are correct you can do check in your way . But I don?t know why Sarfraz Sir doing like this with me where as I achieved my work target. And Maim on 1st NOV2013 when I informed to sir that am suffering from fever and not able to come in office and when will feel better will be back in office then he replied me don?t come .                               I had concern with all the management team of hdfc bank .In starting Mr Vikas modi had given the reply but now he is not giving the reply of my mail.I did concern with Mr Aditya Puri but he too did not reply of mail.
                              And Mr Vikas Modi gave my case to his colleague Mr Pratik Sarkar .
                              And when i ask the reason of my termination then Mr Pratik given me reply
                              the reason >
                              "Such non-performer for consecutive 3 months leads to termination as per performance policy
                              .And he told me 3 months non-performer is the reason with this data, from
                              1/oct/2013 to 27/nov/2013 which Mr Pratik call three(3) month.
                              Yesterday I did mail my problem to [protected]@hdfcbank.com, but till the morning i could not receive any mail from their side so now told me in which department of HDFC BANK i did discus my problem...

                                I am Murali Krishna Vemuri, an unfortunate customer of HDFC Life Insurance company, having purchased a policy with the number*1939. Name: Murali Krishna Vemuri Policy Number:*1939 I purchased the said policy online and I was asked to send certain documents by courier. I couriered the documents However, to my utter dismay, HDFC Life does not even confirm the receipt of my documents. HDFC Life is not ready to disclose the further steps on my policy and when and if I will receive the policy bond. Whenever I try to contact, they send e-mail that in 2 working days they will update me, but never do so. What HDFC Life does is plain and clear cheating, they are offering a product which they don’t know themselves and they don’t have anything called customer service. On top of everything, if you ask them the status of your application, they will always give a new contact number and you have to keep dialing the new number, unfortunately they have umpteen number of different numbers.                                     I would like to inform you that I am holding two nos. HDFC Bank A/c, (1) A/c No.: 0485-[protected] (super saver saving a/c) & (2) A/c no.:1374-[protected] (salary a/c) having one customer ID.

                                    On dtd 24th Dec, 2013 (INR 147.14) & 03rd Jan, 2013 (INR 56.18 + INR 379.88 + INR 56.18) SWEEP-IN CREDIT from [protected] to 0485-[protected] by automatically and many times HDFC bank crossed their limits & deducted money. Since 24th Dec, 2013 they have not responded in my E-mail.

                                    Many times I have given mail to Grievance Department & Customer Support also for request to close this both mentioned a/c's. but they are not responding and every time auto debited and given me mentally tortured.

                                    Kindly do the needful.

                                    I am totally disappointed with HDFC bank.

                                      Hi, On Nov 29th 2013, I got a mail saying that my billing date is changed from 3rd of every month to 18th of every month. But today i.e 1 Jan 2014, I got a mail saying me to ignore all previous communication and there is no change in the statement date. I had made changes to all my finance and my loan payments as per the earlier communication. Now I wont be able to arrange for funds in such short notice of two days. Is there any possibility to keep the statement date according to your November announcement?. In future please see to that the communications are done at least 15 days prior to the any said dates. By the way why do you keep changing the dates as and when you like. Please stick to your earlier communication of generating the statement by 18th of every month. I am attaching both your mail communication with this mail. I didnt expect such clumsy changes to the schedule by HDFC Bank. Please revert Back to me ASAP. With Regards, Narendran Kishore [protected]

                                      I too faced this. I complained to customer care first. They said there will be no change in statement date. Not satisfied with this answer. I called them for the second time and I demanded that my late payment charges be waived off since this is your mistake. This time the cc exec told me that I have written on the comments section and this will be done after you pay your part payment. Since I was of suspicion that they will not do this I wrote an email to customerservices.[protected]@hdfc.com. Below is what i sent them.

                                      Subject: RE: No change in " Statement Date" of your HDFC Bank Credit Card
                                      This is something which I had not expected from a reputed bank like yours. An intimation of cancellation of my credit-card statement due date been received after almost a month? Now this is a something unprofessional from your side. I am assured that this is a way to dupe a customer into spending more since he has been given an assurance that he has to pay it after the new due date which is 2 months away.

                                      Today, I called up your credit-card department twice. First time the call got disconnected mid-way after hearing my plea (or should I say it was intentionally disconnected?). But I again called up immediately and a customer service executive named Mumtaz was all ears to my plea. Thankfully this call was not disconnected and she has assured me, as I had demanded, that my late payment charges be waived off since I had spent in such a way that I assumed I had to pay my January 2014 payment in March 2014 after your assurance.

                                      I am not asking for anything else but a waiver in late payment charges in lieu of your almost a month late intimation of cancellation of prior communication. Also, in future I would expect a professional behavior from a reputed bank, which would mean either requesting a prior approval from customer before changing anything critical or at least sticking to what was communicated earlier. Such are the things that bring faith in the minds of a customer.

                                      After this episode I am now thinking of moving my home loan to a different bank and closing my savings account as I feel my money is not in safe hands.

                                      Expecting your reply sooner than this below intimation of yours."

                                      Even after this I got a reply stating that "You will be glad to hear that we are not changing the blah-blah-blah".

                                      After this reply I wrote an email to grievance.[protected]@hdfcbank.com mentioning that I will take up this matter in the consumer court. Got a reply that your query will be looked into within 7 days. Now waiting...
