I got my Personal Loan from HDFC on 02/09/2010 for INR 150, 000. They credited INR 138, 000 after deducting their Due for Processing Fees From Customer, Due for Gap Interest Booking, Due for Stamp Duty Paid To Bank, Due for Transaction Fee Paid To Bank and of-course an Insurance for myself (HDFC say). The insurance says, HDFC will get the loan amount, if I die during the loan amount. They could have killed me instead. I paid 21 installments without fail out of 60. When I was unemployed (lost ma job and returned home, still jobless for 2 years), I started failing ma installments. Now HDFC have come across with some new ideas - Pay INR 90, 000 7 days or pay 100, 000 in 3 shots (30k, 30k, 40k). My father's home loan from I**I Bank are preparing for recovery on my sweet home. We are going to lose our home forever. In this situation, HDFC wants me to pay them so called settlement as mention above. The best abusive harrasment I faced with HDFC, was awesome. Till today no one has ever abused. I have recorded few sms and calls.

The best abusive harrasment I faced with HDFC, was awesome. Till today no one has ever abused. I have recorded few sms and calls.

All I need is some time. I mite get a job in next 3 or 4 months. I will never cheat the bank. All I'm asking is some time, say, 3-4 months, within which I'll definitely find some job and if HDFC cud waive off my interest, I will pay pff the remaining amount without fail.

Its a humble request a jobless, moneyless, homeless (with no time) person.

    Sir, my name is manish kumar.i belongs to gurgoan. i am using hdfc credit card no-[protected].(manesar branch gurgoan haryana) i have already blocked my card but still i am getting bills for this card. as per instruction hdfc customer care i have submitted written letter to permanently close the credit card but nothing happened.please help me to permanently close the credit card and reimburse my all the bills that i have paid to this card without any purchase. thanks manish kumar [protected]

      EDC Machine not working

      I'm composing this message under extreme duress and pressure. I have been receiving a series of calls from what claim to be HDFC bank's recovery agents/ associates. I received a call a few days ago from a number from +[protected] mentioning about a credit card debt that I owe the bank. I was taken aback unguarded; when I was told that there was a credit card debt on my name. I asked the person what the amount was and he mentioned it to be INR 363, 073. 73 approximately. I was told to settle this amount as soon as possible to avoid any legal issues as the caller (Mr. Bireshwar Parui) stressed that they have a Warrant for my arrest. Here's where it gets tricky: My extended family starts getting calls from unknown people stating that I'm a Fraudster and that they are calling to inquire on my whereabouts from Kanjurmarg Police station. The gentleman also left his mobile number with my sister for me to return his call: +[protected] stating his name as Mr. Gupta. I called Mr. Gupta's number on 15th October, 2013 to understand what was exactly going on. I wanted to clear the air and doubts. Upon addressing the *211-311 number I got shouted at, sworn at and intimidated. I asked him the for the reason his aggravation and all he said that I shouldn't be calling a police officer late in the evening. He also told that his name was Mr. Kamble and not Mr. Gupta. A few minutes later I get a missed call from another number: +[protected]. I called this number to figure out what was exactly happening. To add to my misery this new person also identified himself as Mr. Kamble and put me on hold and pretended to confer with someone my details and started swearing on my mother and my sister. I did not want to continue the conversation and simply told him to talk to me properly. He continued swearing at me and I asked him his badge & shoulder number and he simply gave me a phoney one. I was still composed and told him we could have this conversation the following morning. he hung up on me abruptly. I really felt lost and distraught but did not give up. I rang the Kanjurmarg police station the same instance to ask about the police complain and was told that there was nothing against my name held there. I came to the inference that these shady/phoney police officers are none but recovery associates on HDFC bank's payroll. The morning of 15th October, 2013 my father started receiving threatening calls at my brother's residence in Dubai- UAE swearing for my whereabouts. Considering my father's age of 73, I'm seriously worried about these threats. They have been coming from +[protected] number. I understand that the bank is looking for ways to settle these dues but it seems that these guys have abused the access of my social network and my social connections. I've clearly been in touch with the recovery people and the legal team that sent me an email attached below. Then why are these people victimizing my extended family? One of these associates also told my sister that I've been relocating my address several times and that I am a thief and a fraud. This I strongly believe is unacceptable and leads to "Defamation" of character. I have been in touch with all of the recovery agents that left numbers for me and return their calls. I had a conversation with Ravi on +[protected] number on 16th October, 2013 and he just kept pushing me to pay and demoralizing me, all I asked him was a detailed statement of the credit card. As the credit card in question had a limit of INR 96, 000. 00 and these guys were calling me to cough up INR 363, 073. 73. Instead of advising me how the debt tripled in 7-8 years he just kept getting personal and stated a few harsh personal lines. I did not want to match his profanity and told him that I had done talking to him. I called Mr. Bireshwar Parui and asked him for the same statement for the amount spike. He started telling me how he was holding the warrant for me and he was advising me to contact my Indian friends around London so that they could wire the funds locally from India from their Indian bank accounts. I told Mr. Parui that this wasn't possible as these things are extremely personal and people don't like to do these things in this part of the world. He told me that he could only hold the warrant for so long. I asked him to email me a copy of the warrant and he told me that I was changing my story and commitment to pay the debt off. As far I remember I settled my credit card bills by July-September 2006 and I've been living in England ever since. However; I haven't heard from HDFC bank for the last 7 or so years. For argument sake if I owe HDFC bank any monies I don't see the reason for them to intimidate my Family, extended family, friends and my business associates. I seriously want this to stop. I have had this conversation with Mr. Parui and Ravi but despite several requests my brother still has been receiving these calls in Dubai at his residence. This is a clear breach of RBI regulations mentioned below. I'm a legal and law abiding person. If your bank has an issue of my debt recovery it should be strictly addressed to me and me only. HDFC Bank Ltd. is a big entity and I don't think my family deserves this treatment. I understand that I have copied a lot people in power in this matter because it looks like my words fall on deaf ears.         i was trying to withdraw Rs 6000at non HDFC ATM with following details - bangalore and 13/10/2013 by using my HDFC debit card .unfortunately there was an error message flash on screen but an amount Rs 6000 has already been deducted from my account .please investigate for this issue and revert it back into my account.

            Dear Mr. Prem,
            This is a complaint regarding the fraudulent charge of Rs. 1518.15 made on 11, June 2013 on my HDFC Bank international credit card.
            1. I have objected to this charge and sent dispute letter and also a progressive dispute letter within the time provided by HDFC Bank.
            2. HDFC Bank made a fundamental mistake in allowing this charge. One glance at the “State” and “Pin Code” information of the shipping address and billing address provided by Paypal in the supporting documents available with you, is sufficient to confirm that it is a fraudulent transaction. Both the state ‘Karnataka” and pin code “600001” do not match with my billing address on your records. You should have stopped this transaction from happening through your validation process at the time the transaction was made. Your security system for detecting fraud is very weak and I am surprised you allowed this charge through Paypal despite an incorrect billing address provided by the fraudster.
            3. You have the audaciousness to claim I have not sent the progressive dispute letter and also that you could not reach me on phone. Both statements are false. I did courier the progressive dispute letter well on time and I did speak to and inform your person when he called that I had already dispatched the progressive dispute letter – This is despite the fact that you have given a very short deadline to send it.
            4. Despite all this HDFC Bank has continued to harass me by insisting I pay this fraudulent charge.
            5. I am a Preferred Customer of the bank and despite this, all this harassment has happened to me. I am copying my relationship manager on this letter.
            6. There is another fraudulent charge made on the same day on the same card for Rs. 14599.13 (also on Paypal) which I continue to contest and as of now you have also acknowledged my Progressive Dispute letter for that one. That charge also has wrong Pin Code, wrong State etc. This charge should have been rejected outright by your validation system. Your security system for detecting fraud is very weak as mentioned before.
            7. I will be posting this letter on Consumer Complaints website.

                Hello Sir, My name is prashant and my complaint is related to the AMB charges deducted from my account. I have already complaint to hdfc customer care regarding this but there is no response from there now. HDFC complaint no. :DELR[protected] The brief of the complaint is: i have 3 account in HDFC bank before so it is hard to manage for me so i decided to close two account and run only one account. For this i go to noida sector -62 branch and fill the two form for close the account, when i asked for the relationship manager that is there any due remaining in the account which i want to run then she told me that there are 4100 Rs. AMB charges due on your account but these charges will not be deducted from your account if you manage the 10, 000 rs on your account. So i deposit 10, 000 in my account to maintain the balance but at the end of month on 29 Aug there are several Month AMB charges were deducted from my account. So i register a complaint to customer care but i did not get any response from there. HDFC bank relation manager assured me that no charges will be deducted from my account then why the charges deduct. My current account no. is :[protected] Please help m, e regarding this.                   I am facing a serious issue from HDFC bank. I have taken a loan of 4426 EMI for 4 years. For the past 13 months I have been paying my EMI When I applied for Car loan the agent informed me " Sir you are not elidigible for car loan" I asked him why and he replied that there is a low siebel credit rating due to your EMI bouncing every month. I told him that I am paying EMI each month. He also informed that HDFC will charge you 400 rs for every EMI bounced. Here I go... Then I asked HDFC what is this all happening they told me that your EMI ECS is not working so you are paying your EMI late. I told them that their agent is visiting my place every month to collect EMI. After hearing all this I have stopped my EMI payment to HDFC bank, I think they are very clever and playing with customer's time and money. I would be taking serious action against them. This is not the way they should act with their customers, they have kept me in dark by not letting me know about the siebel credit ratings and the charges (400) that they would be charging later for EMI bouncing.

Moreover your agents are calling 50 times a day for EMI payment, Please note : I WILL ONLY PAY EMI ONCE MY CREDIT HISTORY IS SORTED OUT". Because of this mess created by you, no bank is ready to give me any Loan. I am getting very frustrated and mentally disturbed as I urgently require some money. Please help me ASAP

                    On 31-Aug I got loan disbursed from HDFC Ltd Jayanagar branch. I gave the ECS mandate form to start the EMI direct debit from my HDFC Bank savings account from Oct 5, 2013. But I found that no debit was done. When I contacted HDFC Ltd Marathali Service Center, I was told the ECS mandate was not even submitted to the bank by HDFC Ltd. So the form was lying in file for more than a month. I went to HDFC Marathali office on Oct 8 and gave them a fresh cheque of Rs 44273 as per the EMI calculated originally. But today I received a call from HDFC Ltd back office that I will be charged Rs 333/- extra for the delay. WHY? It is the fault of HDFC Ltd that EMI was not debited by them on time. I was told if HDFC office confirms that these extra interest charges can be reverted than they will do it. But how to make it happen? How to make it happen in their software application ? I was already told by HDFC Ltd Marathali that everything is ok and no extra charges. I have received no reply to my emails to HDFC customer care and [protected]@hdfc.com at Jayanagar branch. They have not even acknowledged the emails.

                          We have noted the concerns raised with regard to the lien placed on your bank account towards the card dues. On receipt of your e-mail, our bank representative had attempted to get in touch with you to personally address your queries. We regret to inform that our attempts did not meet with success as we could not reach you at the numbers recorded with us. Hence, we take this opportunity to respond vide this email.

                          Our records indicate that you had utilised the card for retail transactions until 06.08.2013. Specific to the repayments, we were not in receipt of regular payment towards the card dues since March 2012 statement . The same resulted in levy of bank charges as elucidated in the card usage guide and on the reverse of the credit card statements. Further, owing to non receipt of payment to cover even the minimum amount due, the card account was invalidated from further usage on 02.09.2013 .

                          In view of the above payment pattern, a lien was placed on your bank account and an appropriate notice was sent to your mailing address as recorded with us. Here we invite your attention to our card usage guide which clearly mentions the fact that the Bank, at any time, will have a lien and right of set off on all monies belonging to the cardmember standing to their credit in any account whatsoever with the Bank or in the possession or custody of the Bank.                             Dear Sir/Madam, I work in USA for an IT Sector. My wife came to India in the month of January 2013 and we had planned to purchase a plot. However, due to the financial crisis, we planned to go for a gold loan with the HDFC bank. However, we pledged our gold in the Vijayanagar HDFC Bank Branch and purchased a loan for the amount of Rs. 7, 50, 000. At the time of taking the loan, we were informed that "after every 6 months once we need to reniew the loan, if the gold loan purchaser cannot be physically present for the renewal then a POA can be given to the authorized personnel in India. To avail this POA, I was asked to come to India physically to get the POA which is notarized by Indian Attoneys." Post my discussion with the bank Gold Loan Manager, I said, I will get the POA from USA since, I cannot come physically, I would ask my parents to renew the loan. The branch managers did not clarify the question for about 3 months. Also, the HDFC bank has changed its laws/circulars without letting the customers know in the news well in advance for their better planning. Now I am under deep pressure by the HDFC Bank customer care and the law/rule passed by HDFC bank, and undergoing lot of trouble because of their continued pressure on insiting closing the Gold Loan. The cost which I am bearing to close the loan, air tickets for my family, and the expenses that I am incurring to travel is being indecent and not able to be affordable by me at this time. However, because of the pressure, I am making some arrangements by borrowing money from friends and family and making the complete payment to the HDFC Gold Loan departments. My interestes were paid ontime without any delays for the last 6 months. Expense which HDFC Bank owe me are as follows; Air Travel ticket for the entire family (since I have small kids, cannot leave kids without being cared) - Rs. 385000 Expenses of stay in India - Rs. 60000 Gold Loan Renewal POA charges - Rs. 500 Gold Loan Additional Charges by the bank - Rs. 685000 I am under total loss because of the banks unplanned circular passing which affected lot of people like me. I sincerely request you to consider this and assure all the people who have the gold loan with the HDFC Bank should not be affected by any means and should be given the privelage to renew the loan without having any barr on the loan amount by their immediate family members. If the below request does not work out, then HDFC Bank need to pay all the amount that would be applicable for the expenses that would cost the customer to make a renewal in the bank by presenting physically. The total cost would come about Rs. 11, 30, 500. All the people in India have trust on consumer court which defines, when the truth is there with the customer the results will go to the satisfaction of the customer and not agains the rule which was passed without any intimations to any customers. Having trust in Consumer Complaints, submitting my detailed complaint to take an immediate attention and action agains the HDFC Bank Gold Loan Department. We are not saying that we will not pay the loan, we are requesting the bank to provide the opportunity to renew the loan by the Authorized personnel who is in India by receiving a POA letter signed by customer and Attorney in USA. Hope this should serve the present need of HDFC bank gold loan department. IF they are not authorizing the above request, then HDFC Bank will owe the total amont in rupees mentioned needs to be paid to the person/customer who has taken the gold loan upon closing the entire loan since that involves a lot of money for the travel and stay back in India. All the formalities are done and my loan sanctioned on 04 Oct 2013 from the SBI Bank, Sadar Bazar, Lucknow but a CIBIL report is reflecting that I had taken a Auto loan from HDFC Bank. For the reason I am unable to receive my current loan. Moreover, I had not received any money for car loan from any HDFC Bank or any other banks. Now I am in-need for money as I am facing acute financial hardship. NAVSAI-0135 branch and resigned from the bank because of the many discrimination issues and non adherence of RBI policies of the branch manager and other senior employees of the branch. Branch manager pressurized me to give resignation from the bank because I asked many question which were against the RBI policies, Bank Act and human (customers) basic rights at bank. Same was communicated to the Mr.Aditya Puri Managing Director) and Mr. Navin Puri (Branch Banking Head) but no actions were taken against the branch employees.

                                  ISSUES
                                  New Currency Notes;
                                  New Currency notes issued by RBI during Diwali did not distributed to customer who inquired about the new notes to the Tellers and senior employees. Large cake distributed to the Preferred Customer, Classic customer by senior employees. (see the CCTV clippings, employees packed the new currency notes in GREEN BIG envelopes).
                                  Instant A/c Openings: (saving, current, salary a/c and no frills a/c);
                                  Instant a/c s are not opened in the stipulated time period as per HDFC BANK policy. (Mr. Rajesh Prajapati provided necessary documents and initial pay in of 5000/- for opening kids a/c of his Son Kishan Prajapati in the middle of the month of Dec 2012, but did not open till Jan 15, 2013. Mr. Sharma opened the Saving Max A/c (25000 balance maintenance) and completed the all procedures on Jan 2, 2013 but a/c opened on Jan 17, 2013).
                                  Mr. Mayank Patel changed the value date in case of kids advantage a/cs without informing the customers which affect their financial planning. (Sometimes he first change the value date and then informed the customers)
                                  When a/cs are opened with cash, initial pay-in remains with co-executives of the branch till the necessary a/c opening procedures did not completed by the Mr. Mayank Patel. As per the HDFC BANK policy, initial pay-in must be deposited by the customers at Cash Counter.
                                  Instant welcome kit and deliverables:
                                  Instant welcome kits and deliverables were not verified on a daily basis as per the Bank process.
                                  I asked many times to Mr. Mayank Patel but he did not provide me proper answer for the question. Many times it happened that when kits and deliverables were out of the FRFC cabinet, neither of the custodians- Ms. Shraddha Engineer and Mr. Mayank Patel were present and kits and deliverable out of the FRFC cabinet without custodians more than one hour. (29/04/2013)
                                  Fixed Deposits/Recurring Deposits:
                                  Fixed deposits and recurring deposits did not booked at the same day when the customer submitted the forms. (MR. Jigar Desai submitted the Recurring Deposit form and documents on 02/04/2013 but recurring deposit booked on 17/04/2013)
                                  Fixed and Recurring deposits were made on wrong product codes and customers lost their financial wealth.
                                  Fixed and recurring deposits did not send by the central units to all customers mailing or permanent addresses. At branch level also, any declaration regarding duplicate receipt or customers were not receiving the receipts taken by all employees as per Banking Act. Senior employees did not inform me about this me during my job period so I was not taking the same.
                                  Charges:
                                  When there is any change in HDFC BANK Policies, did not inform by concerned units or senior employees to customers in the form of written communication.
                                  Central team levied the monthly non maintenance of a/cs after two-three months.
                                  When there is change in minimum balance requirement of the different a/cs from quarterly to monthly, many customers said me that bank unit or employees were not informed them and made the necessary entries for reverse the charges.
                                  Insta-alerts quarterly 15/- charge taken by Bank did not informed by banks to customers in the form of written communication on a individual basis.
                                  Quarterly Statements:
                                  Quarterly statements did not sent by the central units to all customers on customer mailing address as per the bank policy.
                                  Senior employees did not take the statement request from the customers when they demanded at branch. This point rose by auditors at the time of audit (07/01/2013-11/ 01/2013), but they did not give any remarks for that in audit reports.
                                  Gifts
                                  Gifts those sent by the central units to the branch according to occasion, did not distributed by the senior employees to customers. (during NAVATRI, dandiya sent by the central team to give it to the Preferred customers, but Relationship Manager did not distribute dandiyas to them.) When scheme for new a/c opening with gift launched from centrally, gifts were not distributed to the new a/c opening holders.
                                  Lockers
                                  Vacant lockers were not allotted by Mr. Mayank Patel to the customers who inquired about the lockers. Even locker waiting registers were not maintained by him. The main reason for that may be the customer who will give the branch senior employee to Mayank Patel, locker will be allotted to him/her. Waiting list for locker was in custody of Mr. Mayank Patel, but he sent the customer to me for taking their request. Any customer surrendered the locker, then key changed and procedures did not made by him for many days. Vacant locker keys were not in proper sealed condition as per the RBI and bank procedure. This issue rose by the auditors during the audit but they did not give any remarks in audit reports.
                                  Authorization by supervisors
                                  They was delay in authorization for insta debit card, net banking password authorization, RTGS-NEFT and fund transfer entries by Teller and Personal Banker authorization (in case of instant debit card authorization). They preferred to authorized those entries which given by their knowing customers irrespective of when they submitted the request. Sometimes I saw that Lead Generator employee code was of other employee than him, they deliberately delay in authorization of customer request (in case of instant debit card authorization)
                                  Teller area report and other document checking
                                  Before audit, when Branch Manager Mr. Aadarsh Surmawala said to four tellers about go through the fund transfer vouchers, RTGF-NEFT, fixed deposits and recurring deposits with necessary stamps affix or not, these reports were checked by co-executives Ms. Shivani Patel which I think violating the bank and RBI rules. Ms. Shraddha Engineer took the vouches and NEFT-RTGS request for checking purpose at her home even though there was other three tellers and other senior employees available at branch.
                                  Audit at branch (07/01/2013-11/01/2013)
                                  For the financial year[protected], auditors gave the branch “adequate” rating to the branch. So as per the process, auditors were at branch during Jan 7, 2013 to Jan 11, 2013. Auditors were asked about the vacant locker keys which were not in proper seal condition, no. of vacant locker are not as per the locker data report, vacant locker keys are not replaced with new locker within the stipulated time as per HDFC BANK policy, malpractices in locker records.
                                  Auditors said to Branch Manager that, vouchers stamping were not proper by teller employee and some of the vouchers without stamping. Branch Manager Mr. Aadarsh Surmawala told the Teller Authoiser Mr. Anniruddha Pathak that do some setting with the auditors so as they (auditors) will not give negative remarks in audit.
                                  Wrong audit remarks by auditors:
                                  Because of the setting with auditors, branch did not get any negative remarks in Teller area. Auditors gave the remarks that Ms. Shraddha Engineer is in the same branch and at the same teller area since her inception at branch which was the wrong remark. My question to management, branch manager, teller authorizer and to Ms. Shraddha Engineer that why did not they raise their voice against this wrong remarks? Why auditors did not concern the respective unit for employee job profile and branches she served till the audit date.
                                  Password sharing by Branch Manager:
                                  Branch manager Mr. Aadarsh Surmawala shared his laptop password with co-executive Ms. Shivani Patel to send the mail to customer when he was out of the branch . Ms. Shivani Patel sent the mail to NRI customers and customers who have the lockers at branch with Mr. Aadarsh Surmawala consent. (month Aug-Sept, 2012).
                                  Other than employee present at teller cabinet & in vault:
                                  Son of Mr.Aadarsh Sumawala, Ansh Surmawala was at teller cabinet and also in the vault when vault custodians Mr. Mayank Patel and Mr. Anniruddha Pathak were taking out of the cash (13/04/2013)
                                  Ms. Shivani APtel was also in teller cabinet for making the challans as per the Mr. Aadarsh Surmawala order.

                                  Branch Manager Mr. Aadarsh Surmawala said me that because of that negative remarks to Ms. Shraddha Engineer, I must be served the teller counter and she will be at Welcome desk. I replied positively to Mr. Aadarsh Surmawala but Teller Authorizer said to Branch Manager that she (Nancy Modi)will have to learn all teller area duties before coming to teller area. Branch manager replied to Mr. Anniruddha Pathak that this is your job to learn Nancy Modi, how to make necessary entries and other function because she (Nancy Modi) is new in banking sector. But he never ever taught me how to make necessary entries in system with necessary stamp and other employees gave me comment that please do the complete work so we will not have any problem at the next audit.
                                  After all this issues, when I said to Branch Manager Mr. Aadarsh Surmawala that please give me again welcome desk, then he said that this is the management decision that you served at teller and I cannot change that decision. Then I said please give me transfer to other branch, he said that you never ever get transfer in other branch. You serve as a teller otherwise give resignation from the branch. Mr. Aadarsh Surmawala didn’t have any right to told me that you never ever transfer to other branch without conculting the HR. I finally gave resignation with great pain but after pressurization of Mr. Aadarsh Surmawala, his discrimination, teller authorizer and other employees’ behaviour and HR discrimination policies.
                                  HR policies
                                  HR, at Ahmedabad, Ms. Suchita Limaye did not give the job description to employees when they joined the bank. Same was not given by the branch manager Mr. Aadarsh Surmawala to me.
                                  Mr. Aadarsh Surmawala gave the job description to Ms. Shraddha Engineer (Welcome Desk( on 07/03/2013) at a new designation, mu designation was also changed on the same date but Mr. Aadarsh Surmawala did not issue job description to me.
                                  When talked to Ms. Suchita Limaye that I want the training for teller area so she replied that bank did not provide training every time. When HR unit and management initiated my (Nancy Modi) entry as a teller at a branch then my question is to why I was not able to receiving the mail of teller areas?
                                  Ms. Suchita Limaye is very rude with low level employees and not to listen the issue from their side. She only concern with the senior level employees issue.
                                  Ms. Suchita Limaye did not issue “transfer letter” to me and there is no such practice at HDFC BANK LTD.

                                  I think that there was a Ms. Shraddha Engineer said to Mr. Aadarsh Surmawala to change her job profile because her performance at teller area was not so good and leads were not generated by her at teller counter. More than one year, she did not login insurance.

                                  Discrimination Issues at Branch:
                                  1) Front area employees called the tellers as “Bangladeshi” which was against the Indian constitution.
                                  2) Branch manager Mr. Aadarsh Surmawala easily approve the approve the leave of Ms. Shraddha Engineer because she is married/ has a kid then my question that all other employees have the family and reside in other city. Why that soft corner only for “ Ms. Shraddha Engineer.”
                                  3) When Ms. Shraddha Enginner gave her resignation twice in a financial year[protected]Aug 2013, Jan 03, 2013), then what was the reason for non-acceptance of her resignation by Mr. Aadarsh Surmawala and did not discuss this issue with Cluster Head (Mr. Jignesh Ruperalia) and HR-Ahmedabad. Any personal reason for such non-acceptance?
                                  4) After Diwali 2012, management decided for every employee to left the branch premises at the most 7:30 p.m. But this decision did not followed by Branch Manager and Back up branch manager and they worked in a way that I left the branch premises after 7:30 p.m. and sometimes at 8:30 p.m.
                                  5) Cash was not put back in vault at the end of day even at 8:00 p.m. and teller authorizer told me that you want to go home early that’s why you forced to put the cash in vault.
                                  6) When main system –finware, host did not working of mine and informed the same to system administer at branch- Mr. Mayank Patel and Mr. Anniruddha Pathak, they deliberately delay in system clearance. Even Mr. Anniruddha Pathak denied me for system clearance on 13/04/2013.
                                  7) RTGS authorization forgot by teller authorizer Mr. Anniruddha Pathak and communicated other staff and customer as if this was imputer mistake- Ms. Nancy Modi.
                                  8) Ms. Shraddha Engineer (teller) told me that before 4:00 p.m., give me a/c closure DD/MC vouchers. But for non financial transaction, branch can be opened till 5:00 p.m. How can I defined this type of behaviour at corporate-banking culture.
                                  9) Branch manager decided that I must not be set at teller counter on March – 30, 31; 2013 and set Ms. Shraddha Engineer on my counter. Branch manager did not permit me to login my personal computer at branch, even not allowed me to check my banking mail in these two days.
                                  10) After discrimination, I gave my written resignation on 30/03/2013, but HR did not initiate the exit entry on the same day. I received the exit checklist mail on 17/04/2013. What was the reason for such a delay, more than 15 days by Ms. Suchita Limaye for enter that entry in the respective system. Such delay was according to HDFC Bank policy and Bank HR policy approve, authenticate this type of practice.
                                  11) When I was at the personal banker area, only I had the IAMS, DEBOS and DCMS system password even when twelve are the permanent employees in the branch. This means that when was on a leave, no one in the branch was able to serve the customer for the above system related quaries.
                                  12) When transfer initiated, after so many days IAMS, DEBOS and DCMS IDs were not created for Ms. Shraddha Engineer. Only I have the system password, so I worked as a welcome desk and teller, then how the Mumbai Grievance Redressal team said that I was not able to perform the duty that’s why gave the resignation.
                                  13) Every employees have the right to take one leave per month but this practiced did not follow by Mr. Aadarsh Surmawala and when any one go to take leave, he (Mr. Aadarsh Surmawala) said that he/she took so many leaves except Ms. Shraddha Enginner.
                                  14)

                                  Many times branch manager told me that you as “management trainee”received much more salary than we received at our time.

                                  Because of many non-adherences of RBI and banking policies, I questioned to senior employees and they were not able to answer the questions. So first they changed my job profile, after that they did not provide me proper guidance so able to serve the teller counter.

                                  Finally branch manager told me that “you tellers are the jamae of the bank.”You did not have any contribution to login the insurance at branch.

Please do the needful on a priority basis.

                                  My exit checklist screen at HDFC Bank system after my resignation and released by HR team shown the job profile name as "Personal Banker Welcome Desk" eventhough Branch Manager said that this was the management decision on 07/02/203.

                                  Neither HR-Ahmedabad nor Branch Manager Mr. Aadarsh Surmawala issued me the Transfer letter and job description letter to me. My job profile till the lase date at HDFC Bank was "Personal Banker Welcome Desk".

                                  I gave my written resignation on 30/03/2013 but HR-Ahmedabad entred its entry in the system on 17/04/2013, though my notice period was 1 month. What was the reason for such delay?

                                    I AM HAVING A DEFENCE SALARIED ACCOUNT WITH HDFC/CENTURION BANK FOR LAST 12 YEARS WITH FEELING OF A GOOD RELATIONSHIP. I WAS IN NEED OF RS 10 LAKHS HOUSING LOAN FOR PURCHASE OF A PLOT AT JAIPUR. I CONTACTED HDFC LTD AT ITS MUMBAI'S CUSTOMER CARE FOR HOUSING LOAN AND ADVISED TO DEAL WITH JAIPUR BRANCH CONTACT NOS PROVIDED TO ME. I WAS IN CONTACT WITH MR SOURABH ([protected]) AND MR. SENGUPTA [protected]). ON THEIR INSTRUCTIONS HAVING BELIEF IN HDFC I WAS SUGGESTED TO APPLY IN PNS SCHEME AND WAS INFORMED EVEN IF I OPT TO WITHDRAW THE APPLICATION IN FUTURE ONLY NOMINAL CHARGES WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE CHEQUE OF RS 7179. I WAS IN COMMUNICATION WITH PERSONS MENTIONED ABOVE AND INFORMED THEM ABOUT A PROPERTY BEFORE SANCTIONING OF LOAN i.e. on 29 AUG 13. MY EARLIER SMS TO NO [protected] (HDFC LTD EMPLOYEE) DT 29 JUNE IS A PROOF THAT I HAVE SELECTED PROPERTY BUT MISGUIDED TO PNS SCHEME SUGGESTING NO DIFFERENCES. With due respect and humble submission, I, R Sathish Kumar Nair at present holding a Defence Salary Account (DSP Account bearing No. [protected] with SBI, Sadar Bazar, Lucknow (UP), wish to state the following few lines for your kind consideration and favourable action please. 2. It is submitted that, on 26 Jul 2013, I, the above named Army Personal, had erroneously (only queried) had filled an application through internet vide my email No. www.[protected]@gmail.com. At that movement (when I was in-need of money), I tried to query about personal loan through my above referred Email ID. During that query, I tried for other advertisement in the net which was reflected on my screen (example : Personal Loan & Car Loan, etc from different banks) to differentiate the EMI. As I was not aware about these type of incidences, I had done this mistake. Also due to little knowledge of internet and due to financial hardship at that time, I had filled the form which was reflected on my screen (Again only for query). Thereafter, from Delhi (On asking her) a lady introducing as an employer of HDFC Bank continuously ranged me on my mobile No [protected] asking me whether I want the required loan. Even she ranged me when I was on leave at my native place. I also told her that I am in roaming and also due to some unavoidable circumstances, I could not talk to you. Moreover, if I need any loan in near future, I will contact your nearest HDFC Bank. Lastly, on 25 Sep 2013, I asked her to reject my application if erroneously applied by me. She asked me the reason. I told her that "please don't call me anymore because I don't want to take any type of loan at this time rather I had applied for a personal loan from SBI Bank amounting Rs.1, 50, 000/- 3. It is further submitted that, when I got a message that my personal loan had been sanctioned, I approached SBI Loan (Concerned Officer). There, I came to know that the car loan for which I had erroneously applied through internet is reflected in my DSP Account above has not been rejected. 4. In view of the above, may I request your kind honour to please reject my application and send me a confirmation message as early as possible on my Email ID : www.[protected]@gmail.com, so that I may get my personal loan at the earliest, as I am facing acute financial hardship. Only this message I can send for your kind information and early action, otherwise there is no any other option except ... left for me to fulfill my liabilities.
