Been trying to cancel my account as i sold my car.in two weeks i have called them at least 50 times. Mostly i don't get through on the number, when i do, it's like i'm talking to somebody in a crowded room, there's so much background noise, the agent appears to pay little attention to what you're saying, frequently just ignoring you, and finally, if they put you on a long hold, they come back and say the portal is down.
Too much time getting wasted for a 5 min job. I want to sue them for pathetic service. Was this information helpful? |
