Been trying to cancel my account as i sold my car.in two weeks i have called them at least 50 times. Mostly i don't get through on the number, when i do, it's like i'm talking to somebody in a crowded room, there's so much background noise, the agent appears to pay little attention to what you're saying, frequently just ignoring you, and finally, if they put you on a long hold, they come back and say the portal is down.
Too much time...

Complaint 1 : on 8th jan 2020 i crossed anewadi toll booth at 19:39:11 hrs. This toll booth is with facility of half toll if return within 24 hours. I returned on 9th jan 2020 at 17:42:31 hrs. Still full amount is deducted from my fastag wallet

Complaint 2: on 26 jan 2020 i travelled to kolhapur. At kini toll booth at 11:15:25 hrs toll was deducted from my wallet. I came back on the same day at 17:40:46 hrs. However on 27th...
