HDFC Bankfastag — extra toll deducted while travelling on ah47 (nh4)

Complaint 1 : on 8th jan 2020 i crossed anewadi toll booth at 19:39:11 hrs. This toll booth is with facility of half toll if return within 24 hours. I returned on 9th jan 2020 at 17:42:31 hrs. Still full amount is deducted from my fastag wallet

Complaint 2: on 26 jan 2020 i travelled to kolhapur. At kini toll booth at 11:15:25 hrs toll was deducted from my wallet. I came back on the same day at 17:40:46 hrs. However on 27th jan 2020, even though i did not travel to kolhapur or kini i saw a deduction of rs75 from my wallet. Time of deduction is 11:15:25 hrs, which is same as my 26th jan 2020
I have contacted my hdfc fastag provider, however, i feel they are taking too much time
