manufactering defects(product quality)

air filter box not locked

I have bought a new hero honda splendor from senthil murugan showroom sivagangai tamilnadu

The side box which contain the air filter lock is not in working condition. For that I went to showroom

Late Delivery of Hero Pleasure Bike

when i consult them they are informing that load has been not delivered .
