Hi team — my name is (Xyz) my hike number is [protected] on 19/12/2017 i had transferred a sum of 190/- to my hike wallet through my credit card after that i cannot send withdraw this money and i can not transfer this amount to my bank account, the transaction had been done by me for my personal purpose.
