Hike Messenger — not allowing to withdraw the money

1 i have added 429 rupees to wallet for recharge. When i tried to recharge it failed repeatedly. I tried about 50 times shows transaction failed. Got frustrated and tried to withdraw my money. It shows this service is temporarily unavailable.

2cheating public by advertising to give away 1000/- rupees to wallet if they join others

Please help me out.

Hello sir i while ago i made a recharge for my jio number Rs.149...my money has been cut in hike wallet...i should not receive Recharge Balance...They shown a message as your balance is
Pending...Please Help me sir.

I added 10000 in my hike wallet from the bank account but i can not withdrwal this money . Temporary error shown.plese help me and try for this problem solve.

Same condition here my wallet is not showing balance only writen loading ..we did not do any single transaction.
