Yesterday i'e 1st jan 2018 i recharged my mobile with rs 448, but still recharge is not done through hike messenger app it showing recharge pending status, my hike number which i had registered is [protected]. I had done recharge for number [protected].
I raised i complaint using hike app yesterday itself but till now i didn't get any reply from hike.

Due to this i am unable to proceed further that i don't know whether recharge is going to happen or not, if i recharge to some other number then i will get loss of money.

I had 110 amount in my wallet and tried to pay my mobile bill through hike but the amount got deducted from account but due to server the transaction was not complete and the money is not credited to my hike account also. Kindly revert on the same.
