Hike Messenger — wallet issue - "with draw money" or "upi" transfer cheating

Please, no one never add money to "hike messenger wallet",
Because they are cheated customers.
No reply from "hike support" for my arise more than 10 complaints for my wallet money issue. Since from money loaded date to till date..
I cannot contact anyway, no telephonic contacts for this wallet.

Money add to wallet from my bank account with one step immediately pick, but cannot with draw or transfer money this wallet to bank account,
No way, they are pre planed and well designed this wallet,
Hold our money to their company..
All options are blocked but show in wallet with dummy in this hike company.
(Withdraw money, upi, bank transfers and so...)

Please indian government (Rbi) take the actions this type of online wallet cheaters..
How this type of cheaters get the permission for start the wallet with upi and banking transfer from ' reserve bank of india '???

My complaint details - i add money rs. 5000, to hike wallet on[protected]. They get money from my bank account immediately, after that "withdraw money" option is shown in wallet but can't withdraw, and this message only show from[protected] to til date. 'this service temporarily unavailable pls try again later'..
Registered mobile no[protected]..
Every day to till date, continuously i arise the complaint tickets to hike support team,
They are not responding not even 1 time, please solve the ' withdraw money ' problem or reverse my rs.5000 money to my credited account again (Totally i arise around 10 complaints tickets.).
I think this hike wallet is fraud,...
How i get my money, back from hike??

my amount got debited from sbi net banking but not got credited to hike wallet.
where to do legal action against them.
