Amount deducted but gas booking not made

I paid for cylinder refill on HP gas app via scan code. The amount got deducted however the payment status showed as pending saying that that they are awaiting confirmation for payment for about two hours. After that there was no response and now I’m being asked to make a fresh payment. I request to either make the booking or refund the amount to order a new one. Not received pending any subsidy till time from starting date of connection.

I customer of hp gas and number is 611078. Distributor name is Hindustan gas agency, district Purnea, Bihar i already update kyc many times but not received pending any subsidy till time from starting date of connection. Many times visit Hindustan gas agency but not resolve till time. Always distributor remain statement you will always patience for subsidy credit as early as possible. But not received till time. Illegal use of Consumer Gas

The LPG gas for consumer purpose is being illegally used for commercial purpose. One of the resident in a society is illegally running a food selling business on street. He is also having a van where the cylinder is commercially used. No action is taken from LPG cylinder distributor. Please resolve this issue.

LPG gas delivery extra charges

Today i got LPG home delivery. They demand extra money for transport charges which is illegal. The government said it is free of cost. But they demand the money 40 rupees. Take necessary actions against Prasad gas company, Vinukonda, Guntur District, Andhra Pradesh, 522647....

Hp pay gas using upi

I have booked lpg gas through hp pay app and paid via g pay upi. The money has been debited but gas was not booked. I raised a ticket on g pay but it shows the money has been successfully sent to cc avenue.

Regarding indecent behavior of pump staff.

Employee at Air pressure unit scratched my car with his key - LaKhia Brothers- Ahmedabadkhia Brothers

Regulator leakage problem/charges for replacement of defective regulator

HP gas connection consumer No- 600654(Shanthi Nayak) Udupi(siddi shesha shakthi agency). Last week gas got leaked due to loose coonection regulator pressing nab ...so it started leakage... The rep. of agency told that free regulator replacement if there is any issue with regulator Pressing nab ... Same issue was found but after replacement now they are telling that it is 200 rs chargeable.
Kindly clarify the issue and revert me back....

LPG is subsidized but amount not given

My LPG gas delivery is showing subsidized but the amount showing is zero with a remark as "Subsidy Lapsed (MOPNG)". My bank details are already available with HP gas site but they have not provided subsidy for a subsidized LPG cylinder. Please help to get my applicable subsidy. Order number for the HP Gas cylinder is 421114....

Low customer care while in emergency

As I'm resinding in a village, the petrol bunk near my village won't help when there's an emergency... As I forgot to fill my tank my vehicle stopped by 5am.. I requested the nearby petrol bunk, they said should wait until 6am... But they can't understand my emergency... I begged them... But they didn't responded to me......

Remittance of unclaimed dividend since year 1995

I had bought 50 shares of HPCL (Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited) in 1995 and then another 100 in 1999. I have not received any dividend since that time. I later moved to a new address and I sent across the updated address. There has been no response from HPCL to update the changed communication details.
I have sent email as well to linkintime but there has not been any action taken.
Please help to get the communication...
