Hitachi AC and Service Sucks! A defective product(AC 1 tonne) was sent during installation, and I have been following up with them for a replacement for over a month now but to no avail. The technician just installed the defective piece saying there will be cooling, and the defective inner unit will be replaced, however now there is a gas leakage as well and no cooling at all now! Pathetic to the core!! Invoice number GBR/339868. Service request number : [protected]
