[Resolved] Hitachi Home & Life Solutions India [Hhli] — Reg- No service for Hitachi Split AC even after registering complaint | |||||
I bought a Hitachi split ac in July 2016 and the first service request I placed few months back and I was assured that my request would be attended by Hitachi technician within 48 hours but it was completed after 1 week and the technician only cleaned the filter and went back whereas I told him to check and clean full AC but he did not care and went. Again I placed the Service request almost 2 weeks back vide No- [protected] and requested Hitachi customer service that AC is smelling bad and from outdoor & indoor unit water was dipping out, again the same reply came from Hitachi customer care executive that it will be attended within 48 hours and they sent me an sms also but after waiting for 1 week, no one came to attend the service request for the AC so I called again to customer care to complain that 1 week has passed but no one came to repair the ac and again they assured me that it will be attended that day only but now almost 2 weeks has passed but none of the Hitachi service technician came for the service but earlier I got a message that my service request was completed with my service no on it, whereas till date no service was given by service centre. So I called again at Hitachi customer care to file complaint against the person who did not came but finished my service request from sitting in his shop. Then again the customer care person generated a new service request vide No. [protected] dated 18-04-17, bit till date it has also not been attented. This is really an unbearable and irresponsible act from their end. At last I want to complaint against that person who did not showed up for servicing and from his side gave the wrong message to Hitachi that my request was attended and also I want to complaint against Hitachi service executive/in-charge who from 2 weeks have not completed my service request which caused me lot of trouble mentally and physically and the purpose for purchasing AC still stand unfulfilled. I think, these people are still waiting for some mishappening to happen due to that water dipping or just passing time to surpass the warranty period for your company’s benefit. Since the date of initiating the request we haven't been using the AC. In my view and based on till date experience, it is quite clear that Hitachi give this type of service during the warranty period and hope so that Hitachi must be quite prompt after the expiry of the warranty period. One more thing I would like to point at is when asked for Hitachi service executive/in-charge contact details the customer care executive has provided me with a mobile number-[protected] which doesn't exist.
