    I have a loan going on form Home Credit India. Loan sanctioned in oct. 2014. and i was asked by there executive that i need to pay 8 EMI and after that a lum sum balance amount. I was offered some zero interest offer scheme.i had paid all the 8 EMIs . After the 8th EMI when i contacted there customer care team for the balance payment, they replied i had to pay four more EMI mean toatl 12 EMI, Rs. 4560 Extra than what what they asked pay in start. Now they are saying that the balance payment you should have paid before 8 th EMI that your loan would be closed but now i have to pay 4 more EMIs. What they asked before loan agreement now they are trying trying to cheat and saying something different. I am not going to pay extra amount any how and going to file a complain, Please advise what to do. My name is sanjeev Kumar Father name Satbir Singh DOB 15/10/1983

      I had got my motorcycle financed from Home credit India Finance Private Ltd which was got insured through ICICI Lombard. I had paid 4-5 installments when my two wheeler got lost and in this regard, I had put my claim from ICIC Lombard.. Since ICICI Lombard had cleared the claim and the cheque bearing No.117664 dated 15.5.2015 for Rs.59860.00 was delivered to Home Credit Pvt. Ltd. on 6.6.2015 personally because the Cheque was in the name of Home Credit Finance Pvt. Ltd and was given to understand by Home Credit Pvt. Ltd that my balance amount after deducting the remaining installments will be credited in my account very shortly. But in spite of many requests made on phone to Home Credit Finance Ltd. I have not received the claim amount till now. Every time they tell that amount will be cleared very shortly. I am very much disgusted about the false promises made by call Centre employees telling that my claim will be cleared very soon. But it is not being cleared. Now they are not giving proper reply when I will get the claim amount. I am very poor fellow. So I request you to kindly take up my matter to clear my claim amount. Pohap Singh Mob. [protected]

          Hi, I am not a Home Credit customer and have never taken a loan. Still daily I am getting calls from Home credit. I took a Corporate mobile no. 3 months back and probably the previous user of this no. had taken a loan from Home Credit. I have explained several times that the no. now belongs to me and I have no idea who the previous user was still the executives keep calling. They say that I have to prove my identity as I might be the relative and trying to fool them. This is ridiculous and insulting. The team the harassing me my making unwanted calls. Why will I prove my identity or submit my documents when I donot owe anything to the company.The company has no right to breach my privacy rights when I donot hold any liability with them. The executives can themselves check with the Network service provider if the no. belongs to their defaulter or not. I want these calls to end otherwise I am compelled to make police compliant.

            my loan number is [protected]. my loan approval date is[protected]. Mr. Abhishek Mehra (home credit cash loan department) told me that i get money within 3 days in my bank account. but today is[protected], still i don't get my money. Also i don't get any satisfactory answer from home credit team. i call continue approx 24 hour but no one update me. I don't get money but they sent me EMI schedule in taht mention i have to pay first EMI on[protected]. But if we don't get money till 26-june then why we have to pay first EMI on 22-July. EMI date should be after 30 days of getting the amount.

                I have taken the loan of Rs.10700/- from Home Credit India & at the time of taking loan there representative asked me to pay 8 EMI of 1140 + 1580 with the last EMI & ask me to choose wether you pay cash or through ECS. I have opted ECs facility & i pay my all EMI through ECS on the time but i came to know that the last EMI of Rs.1580/- was not deducted from my account than i immidately talk with there representative & the conversation is given below:- I call on contact no.[protected] regarding my loan no.[protected] on the name of Sushil Kumar S/o. Sh. Chhaju Ram, D.O.B.-06.08.1979, i have opted the option of ECS for my payment & i have paid all the my payments within time but the last payment has been of Rs.1140 + Rs.1580/- but the amount debited from my account was only 1140/- after reconciling my bank account i came to know that the amount of Rs.1580/-was not debited from my account, i immediately call to your help line[protected] on 18.05.15 ) to reconcile the payment than i came to know that the amount has to be deposited in cash as it is prescribed on the sanction letter without any further delay i deposited my EMI through ITZ cash receipt no.PMGW[protected] & than i checked on sanction letter but i haven`t found that there will be any thing mention regarding the last EMI will be paid in cash & never prescribed by the representative with whom i deal for the loan at "Chadda Mobile House".scan of the sanction letter is attached herewith for your ready reference & tell me where it is mentioned that the amount should be paid in cash & what is my fault & why should i pay due to your representative negligence. They say that you have to pay the three extra EMI as this is there representative negligence. its company policy.

                HOME CREDIT STAFF IS PLAYING THE MONEY ALONG WITH DEALERS-

                I had purchased one mobile phone from AGGARWAL MOBILE SHOP, 40 feet road, uttam nagar last year by getting it financed from home credit. I had finished my emi's and then i got a call from Home Credit that they are offering a loan of rs.22000 from their executive (MS. POOJA PANCHAL). The girl was very prompt in making us understand the loan and we agreed on the same. She said that we can go and deposit our papers to the nearest home credit shop (AGGARWAL MOBILE SHOP). When we reached there the executive representing home credit (MR. BHUVAN SHARMA) informs us that we have to pay some charge to get our papers deposited. Upon checking with their customer care we came to know that there is no such charge which we need to pay. Then the executive MR. BHUVAN informs us that he had informed the customer care center that the dealer will take the charges and if his customer care has not informed the same to us that is not his fault. Further to this the DEALER OF THE AGGARWAL MOBILE SHOP was very rude and started misbehaving with us and said to the executive that HE IS GIVING THE CAHRGES OF ELECTRICITY, PHOTOCOPY MACHINE ETC AND THAT THE EXECUTIVE SHOULD NOT DEAL WITH US AND THAT HE SHOULD TORN THE PAPERS AND THROW THEM AWAY, ALTHOUGH WE WERE READY TO PAY THE AMOUNT. SO YOU GET TO GET INSULTED FROM A THIRD PARTY IN FRONT OF 10 OTHER CUSTOMERS. SEEMINGLY IT COMES TO MY UNDERSTANDING THAT THE HOME CREDIT EXECUTIVE AND THE SHOP OWNER AE THEIVES. THEY ARE CHARGING MONEY AND PUTTING IN THEIR POCKETS BY MISGUIDING THE CUSTOMER

                The executive seemingly does not know that for whom he was working as he had given the statement that HE WILL LISTEN TO HIS BOSS (AGGAWAL MOBILE SHOP OWNER). So according to him he is taking salary from Home Credit, representing the company but his boss was Aggarwal Shop Owner. We had given an online complaint to MR. KAMAL and my complaint number is SCM_PD_251044. I really doubt that this complaint ever means anything to the Home Credit people. Still hoping that their calls are being recorded actually and not for the sake of saying that it is being recorded. Hope that their training or what so ever department takes care of should look into the same and take proper action TO BRIEF TRAIN AND GIUDE THEIR STAFF. SIMELTANEOUSELY they should also do tie up's with good repeated shops and that THEY SHOULD REALLY PROVIDE THEIR OWN EQUIPMENTS TO THAT SHOP SO THAT NO OTHER CUSTOMER GETS TREATED AND INSULTED LIKE THIS.

                  Fraud to me by your sales executive. Actually I have purchased a mobile(Gionee E3) by Home Credit India Finance Pvt. Ltd at 0% finance. But company charged to me 24.80% + 5% extra. while i want to closed my account, infact i have paid 4 installment on time but at a time of close my account company demanded to me Rs.6012 and my remain balance is 2528. This is extra charges according to providing details by sales executive. Customer Care-Mr. Vikram & Mr. Dharmender Ji not supported in this case.

                  My name is farhat Husain.my contract I'd is [protected] of home credit.sir I bought mobile on 26 Feb 2016 from ekta mobile chinht matiyari churaha Lucknow. I have paid 3400 Rs in down payment .home credit clients or customer care empolyes told me if you bought this mobile which cost is 8800 rs with glass and cover .you hove only paid only emi 12*764=9168 Rs nqd mobile cost is 8800 Rs so you have only paid 367 Rs extra.but the did not tell me after paid down payment 3400 and then 12 months emi so total amount is 9168 + 3400 downpayment amount =
                  12568 Rs .so they given me wrong information about emi and down payment and total amount.this cheating .so[protected]=3768 Rs extra amount charging.while the told only you 367 paid extra...wrong info first impression now worst impression. You have to tell your CSA of frontend don't give wrong info to your valuable customers..and in loan summry they not shows what they say to me...total fraud they don't tell me rate of interest ...8800 ts ke mobile me liye mai 12568 paid karu .wakai bewakuf banan to apke un customer care walo se sikhe Jo mobile shop per baithye gaye hain...

                    I approached a Home Credit agent to purchase a mobile on installments and he advised that I would have to pay maximum of 1500 rupees extra from the actual cost of mobile. I agreed and gave all the documents and signed the paperwork. As I had to present this phone as gift to my sister so she was there at the counter to receive the product and I left because I had to go office and I was getting late. I did not know or calculated how much they actually charged I remember paying approx 7000 as down payment and there was installment for 1460 I thought that installment would be for maximum of 6 months and this would be over but later on I came to know that I was misleaded by that agent actual rate of interest was 16.23% and I supposed to pay them back in 12 installments. I never received any welcome call or verification call for that mobile loan and no one informed me or my sister that we would have to pay 24000 for mobile which costs 17000. Now they started sending me threatening letters at my premises and calling my friends informing I owe money from Home Credit and that's pathetic way to run a buisness. My wife got her mobile phone financed from Home Credit India, these people start making calls to us before a week of the due date and it is not once they make at least five to six calls and SMS us which is quite humiliating, last month they made 50 calls to my wife's phone even after paying our EMI on time. We filed a complaint against them in the local police station. Their behaviour is very rude when they talk to my wife and myself! Last month we gave them the payment reference no 5 times, even we were filling the complaint they called my wife's phone and the lady at the Police Station gave them the reference number as well, they never stopped. This month the same story is getting repeated and there is no end to their calls, i am trying to report at Anti Obscene number but that is not working. Please help us from getting disturbed and harassed, it will be a great help to have our peace of mind! For sure we will never get anything financed again from any company! Regards!

                          Hi, I have very bad experince with home credit...they couldn't even speak hindi properly, english toh bohot door ki baar hai, took a tv loan from home credit india and my EMI is 10th of every month, last month i.e in january, i advised the agent of home credit that due to some financial issue i was unable to pay, however i will pay you in cash in a week or i will pay with my next EMI and i hv agreed to pay the late payment fee but one of the agent BHUSAN told me that if i will pay in cash the late payment fee will be waived off, however from 10jan till today i m getting calls, i made a payment on 22nd jan, 2015, after then i keep getting calls for the late payment fee, i told them that one of your manager told me that it will be waived off.then agent told that ok, dont worry i will update it, again next day the same thing, even i update my ECS detail but I am paying they regularly thru my bank even though i have already made the payment on 22nd jan but HOME CREDIT charged me again, my balance deducted from my account.i want my money back otherwise i will not pay a single penny to HOME CREDIT INDIA they rubbish guy calling me regularly and distrbing me. My EMI due date is 10th of next month and they called at 6th day and requesting to pay before due date ..as the system take 3 days to update. Why I pay before my due date...Its not my fault that your system take 3 days.                             Dear Sir/Madam, I have a taken a loan from India's worst finance company Home credit finance India limited for Rs. Approx 31000 and they have charged interest on the same and having an EMI of Rs. 2540/Month. Last month itself I was not able to pay the EMI of Rs 2540.00 so that I have asked to them for late payment fee and said to deposit in upcoming EMI date including all that charges. For that reason only I am getting 100 calls from bloody home credit finance India limited stating that pay the amount. Even I have informed them that I will pay the same in my coming EMI date. I would like to inform you that, I have paid the EMI of Rs 2540 and also late payment charges Rs 400 but still I am getting a harassment from home credit India limited. Please suggest me what shall I do or I go to PS for same issue.I am very fed up. Regards Deepak

                                Hi, I purchased a Bajaj Discover motorcycle on 10th Mar, 2013 from Deewan Bajaj, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi. The On-road price of the vehicle at that time was Rs. 62501/- out of which I paid Rs 23700/- as down payment(including processing fee of Rs 1900/- towards loan financing) and took a loan of the Rs 42, 000 (balance amount) at an interest rate of 8.54%. The loan (Loan number [protected]) was taken from Rajshree Auto Finance Pvt. Ltd. was told that 18 EMIs of Rs 2800/- each need to be paid which total to Rs 50, 400/- which I agreed to and signed the sanction letter. I was told that the signed copy of the sanction letter will be send to my residence through post, however, I have not received the same till date. As per the repayment schedule and above details, the last EMI was to be paid in Oct'14 which should have closed the loan account. However in Oct'14, I was informed that there are still 11 EMIs to be paid. As I was surprised to know this, I reached out to the finance company for details of the pending EMIs. I was provided with some details which did not correspond to the initial terms and conditions of the loan at all. Along with this, the santion letter that they now provided to me had my forged signature on it with all terms of loan revised in the company's favor. After this I have been following up with them but to no avail and all details that they have provided till now are fabricated and vague with no concrete information on the EMI calculation. Morover, I have received a phone call from a mobile number ([protected]) threatening me to pay the balance EMIs which are actually undue as per my calculation. They have threatened me of physical harm to me and the vehicle in case EMIs are not paid.                                         Hello there, I would like grab your attention on my matter and share my views for "Home Credit India Finance Private Limited"On 8th Aug 2014 a waiver of Rs 300 commented for loan no. [protected] by an agent (Deepa) saying "Extra charges will be waived of if I pay the EMI same day she sends a collection executive", I accepted it and paid the amount.It has not been done till 28th August 2014, while it took 7-10 days to get accepted (as per their commitment), I am still getting their calls regarding the same and daily each agent is forwarding the same request.Today (28 Aug 2014), I called their costumer support checked about result, the guy told me no one forwarded the request I asked for the reason, REASON is (THEY ARE GETTING TECHNIOCAL ERROR IN FORWARDING THE REQUEST FROM LAST 20 DAYS so he will do that). Can anyone imagine an answer?Also, when I asked him to transfer the call he denied and reply with "I CANNOT TRANSFER AS THERE IS NO QUERY" ???? no query ?? seriously???From where they hire guys?? did they give training to their executives??? I doubt personally!!Lastly I got a call from a girl asking the request has been forwarded, if you got CALLS say I have made a request for waiver.I still have to receive their call daily thrice a day, may be more and have to say same thing to all as they do not have option to STOP the calls.One more thing to share: Just seen a complaint here on "Consumer Complaints", please see their 15 replies to a single complaint:http://www.consumercomplaints.in/home-credit-india-finance-private-lim... world can see what they are upto and how stressful is attent their call.
