(1)Within a day or two of the purchase of activa(white) on 23/07/2012,leakage of oil was traced.I had to wait for 3-4 days to get it repaired and had to pay for getting the fibre pad(original) replaced .I did argue with the sub-dealer of Imperial Honda, Vapi that since it was not my fault I was not supposed to pay for the defect; but in vain.Is this a fair practice on the part of the dealer?
(2)At the time of delivery of the vehicle too they charged Rs./-800 for coating +Af ; but the coating was not done.
(3)The sub-dealer,Valsad also charged Rs.610/- for warranty.
(4)At the time of the first free service of Activa too I was asked to pay for the replacement of oil even though I had paid Rs.610/- for warranty.This time too the Valsad branch took 2-3 days to servic the vehicle.
Are all these practices fair? No they aren't ( to my mind).
I request you to look into this matter and get my grievences redressed to my satisfaction.

    I have bought a Honda shine bike in 20th july, 2012 in shree shritisha honda showroom. my bike engine was running in poor noise to still now . I have already complained to the showroom and they have no response my complaind and to not rectifying the problem. my bike cost is 63,000 but i dont have a satisfaction of my bike engine. so plaease help me and they solve the problem.

      i purchase a 2 wheeler honda bike in pavanmotors at eluru west godavari dist. on 02 08 2012, from that the fuelmetter was not working so intimated to nearest sub dealer mitra honda in vijayawada krishna dist. 13 08 2012 my bike was given to mitra dealer for first servicing and fuel metter repairing purpuse on the same evening they are delivered my bike without repair fuel metter and also changed my bike left side doom whichis covered by battery without my permission. immediatly reported to the manager of mitr and mechanical superviser but they are not properly answered. still my vehicle complaint was not rectified. plase be focus on my complaint and retctified as soon as possible sir. my vehicle register number ap 37 tr tz 0697. my mobile number [protected] and mail i d [protected]@gmail.com

          Iam Manoj Kumar. I purchased an ACTIVA on[protected] from DHINGRA AUTOMOBILE UTTAMNAGAR in a view that it would be my life line bcoz Iam a handicaped person. suddenly one day my vehicle got non start. I went to dealer with vehicle attached with anothe vehicle . They checked and after 3 hrs.said ITS OK. I came back and after one day found that it was hardly to move the vehicle. pick up was very low. Again went TO DEALER .again they checked and after 2 hrs they told me that it was minor problem and will not bother you anymore.


          Being a handicapped I suffered a lot... just two days before I was on my way to Noida My vehicle stopped on road itself and got stuck there.I checked and found its engine got seized.After paying a big amount of money to an auto-rickshaw took my vehicle at my home...


          I have got three free services. first two services were ok but Now I found a new staff in service has been appointed which is fully inefficient. not skilled one and irresponsible.I never got any problem with the old staff which was very cooprerative and nice dealing....My vehicle is just six months old with running of 6400 kms.

          Now as I told you that Iam handicapped I cant suffer anymore. PLs ask the dealer to take the vehicle from my home and replace the engine and and pay for my mental and physical harrasment. or be prepare for legal actions...

            I want to tell u about my problem that is about my RC of my Twister bike.I bought my bike before seven months from ''SINGH AUTOS RAYYA, AMRITSAR'' but they did not give me the RC of my bike.I have call them so many times and i also visited there so many times but they did not take it seriously and always ignore it.I also paid all the money including the fees of RC.So i request to u take strict action against ''SINGH AUTOS RAYYA, AMRITSAR'' so that they will give my RC as soon as possible.I[censored] want to investigate,u can call me on my mobile number [protected].

              I, purchased a Honda CB Shine on 11/05/12 from Todi Honda. From the moment I set foot in the dealers showroom my

              experiences made me realised that this is the worst place to buy a product from. Listed below are the reasons.

              1. I wanted to buy a Black with grey strip knowing the fact that the new Shine model doesnt have a black with grey strip colour.

              But the salesman assured that they have my desired colour (black with grey strip) from the previous lot at a different godown

              and asked me to book with the full amount (the booking form has the colour endorsed). For next two days in made two visits but

              they were unable to provide my desired colour and when I asked for a refund they asked me to come after four-five days. However

              as I didnt want to waste time I purchased a grey with gey strip.



              2. Now that I purchased the bike on 11th May(only given a handmade Challan) I have not yet recived the intimation to collect

              the papers (invoice, insurance, tax token and registration) inspite of repeated reminders over the phone. More surprising the registration

              department of Todi Honda only receives 1 out of 100 calls([protected] for one to check it out).



              3 After the delivery of the bike as I was riding home I realised that the speedo meter was not working. To my utter dismay I found that

              the cable of the meter was still folded underneath the petrol tank(during transit the cable is kept in this way). Can one imagine the level of

              checks that has been carried out before delivery???? Going a little further the left driving mirror fell off.



              I would be highly obliged if the concerned dealer is instructed to provide the papers regarding the purchased vehicles and I swear that

              I would never take the vehicle for servicing no mattet if the warranty is void.

                respected sir ....i purchasing a bike on 3 nov...from brij honda.in mathura up...their is a problem in self and battery ,i inform the head member of showroom mr U.V shrama he said that in 4 5 days the battery will charged..and it will work properly but after .4,5 days again he said there is a bike battery problem....now appoximately 1.5 year spent and my problem is not solve yet ..now am tired of doing complains against the Mr. U.V sharma and his showroom ... now i am requesting you please take strong action arainst them .. so that they realise the value of consumer and the consumer court .. i already comlained against them at www.honda2wealer.com but stil there is no one to hear the problem ... now am requesting you .. please do something ... so that justice should be done for me ..

                    complaint details:

                    Date of purchase : 22.03.2012 from Marikar Motors, Trivandrum , Kerala
                    Vehicle handed over to me on :23.03.2012 (afternoon) Friday.

                    Complaint noticed on : NEXT DAY.

                    type of complaint : (i) Chain rattling against chain Cover.
                    (ii) rattling sound from under seat


                    My situation is quite pathetic , since UNICORN bike is hard to
                    get....everyone stares at you when you pass them with a newly
                    registered no. When i pass them , the sound ( rattling) is loud enough
                    to attract more attention.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

                    To save further embarrassment, i have kept my bike in my car shed and
                    am using my car.

                    The rattling sound is akin to the sound of a bike that has run around 15000kms.


                    So unfortunate that the QC people & QA staff at HONDA to have
                    overlooked this problem.

                      i ve purchased a cb twister which i am regretting after getting poor service from BU BHANDARI, CAMP, these people are the worst.
                      last time for the first service they took 25 days as they could not find a part to replace, and they never communicated to me what is going on. i just waited
                      and now i gave my bike for second servicing yesterday that is 17th march 2012 , and till now they havent told me when i would get it . when i call they dont pick up. they are rude and dont value customers. eithet honda has given me a defective bike aur these people are thieves

                      im going to file a case against honda and this service center on tuesday.
                      i will not leave this issue this time. contact me asap.

                        sir i bought a Honda shine bike on 15th November 2011 at jupiter honda visakapatnam whecile no ap 30 n 1405 in december 1st week its releases huge amount of smoke. i gave that bike for servicing in bavani girish honda at srikakulam in ap they take one month for servicing and they are not responding properly again the wehecile starts releasing huge amount of smoke in February i gave that bike to jupiter honda visakhapatnam they take 15 days and they answered very volgerly and they are abusing me for asking my vehicle and now also the vehicle have the same complaint . i face the problem with in one monh after purchasig the .my mail [protected]@gmail.com

                                  Hello Sir/Madam,
                                  This is regarding service of my new bike (CB Unicorn). I got my new bike on 21-Nov-2011 from JSP honda Anna nagar, Chennai with Registration no. TN18 Y 6312. before a week of riding I found that there is a shake in the handle bearer and requested JSP Honda to rectify it. After 2 days of roaming to JSP honda Anna nagar. After that during my first service to a JSP service station at Padi Pudhunagar on (07-Dec-2011) I suggested 3 complaints about the vehicle and after the service I found none of my problems was addressed . I got a feedback call from JSP honda as I was in meeting I said I was disappointed with the service and cut the call short. After I tried calling the same no. twice and SMS-ed once but dint get a response back. After dropping a mail to honda2wheelers india. I got a call back (from Catherine JSP honda customer care) requesting for dropping my vehicle for re-service. This monday (19-Dec-2011) I dropped my vehicle with Job card no 13293 assuring that the vehicle would be ready by the same day evening. But when I called and enquired I found that the vehicle was nt touched and would be ready by Tuesday evening. when I called yesterday I was told that vehicle is not ready and was said that vehicle's service supervisor would call me. But I dint recieve any calls.as of now. This type of irresponsible service is really disappointing. Please let me know how can we legally proceed to take a corrective action.

                                    My CB Unicorn Dazzler Bike has met with an unexpected Issue. It is still in Warranty i.e. Less than 1 year on road now. It has completed around 3800KM Only.

                                    Service Center Guy's told that Clutch Plate is faulty and need to be replaced.

                                    My first question is that in this small tenure, how can a clutch plate gets faulty. It had Only run few KM's.

                                    Now, they are telling that Clutch Plate Stock is unavailable and making me wait for more than 3 days now.

                                    My Second Question is, How can parts be out of stock for a bike which is enough to be termed in the category of costly and new bike's ?

                                    I need to get some answer, as my bike was in good condition till one week past.

                                    I assume the clutch plate had issue from beginning, as I was getting low milieage till now.

                                    Also, Can any one initiate the replacement of the Clutch Plate at the earliest and get my bike back on road ?

                                      COMPLAINT:
                                      My son met with an accident with the bike on 9th November 2011. My bike was damaged and for the servicing and repairing, I submitted the bike to the service center i.e Beeaar Honda Lucknow on November 12 2011. But I have been facing lot of problems with the servicing. It’s happened around 12 days and still the bike is in same condition despite of the Insurance Claim also being passed and my continuous visits to the service center as well.
                                      The executives from the service center are continuously saying the same thing from past 12 days that the parts which are to be changed are not available.
                                      I am fed up with the service of the company. They always give us a distinct date and when we visit the center, the bike is in same condition and they are ready with the same words as well that the “Parts are not available”.

                                      Honda 2 Wheelers — regarding engine problem and bulk parts

                                      i have brought unicorn bike on[protected] with in the months my bike completely lost its originality getting engine white smoke although regular servicing
