Complaint regarding Honda 2 Wheelers and Service Center J.S.P. HONDA CHENNAI

Sir/Madam,

I met with an accident with my bike on 30th April 2011. My bike was damaged and for the servicing and repairing, I submitted the bike to the service center i.e J.S.P. HONDA CHENNAI on MAY 3 2011. But I have been facing lot of problems with the servicing. It’s happened 2 months and still the bike is in same condition despite of the Insurance Claim also being passed and my continuous visits to the service center as well.
I have called up the registered office for the complaint also but no response was there from their side also.

The executives from the service center are continuously saying the same thing from back 2 Months that the Fuel Tank of the bike – CB UNICON DAZZLER BLACK Model is not available. I am fed up with the service of the company. They always give us a distinct date and when we visit the center, the bike is in same condition and they are ready with the same words as well that the “Fuel Tank is not available”.

The employees in the service center don’t even have the sense how to treat and communicate with the customers. They are just ready to fight with any customer and Such a bad service has been provided to me by the company that I am really fed up and In future, I will definitely not be buying any of the products of the Honda and suggest others what they did with me that you should not buy the same as well.

I hope from your medium, I can get my work done as they have been harassing me up despite of my continuous nearby 15 visits to the service center, nothing has been done.

Please help me out to get rid of this issue. And reply me positively as soon as possible.

Sub :- Servicing regarding Engine problem.

Sir,

I sri Subhrajeet Roul purchased Honda Twister bearing Redg No - OR05 AM 9638, Invoice No - 10IN03418, Dated - 20/12/2010, Engine No - JC47E0131934, Frame No - ME4JC472LA8084867 from Durga Honda Dolomundai, Cuttack, Odisha.

I do like to draw your attention before the following complain.

After 3rd servicing the engine of my bike make unusal sound. I logged the complain before servicing of Durga honda immidiately. They have admitted & tried but unable to solve the problem on date :- 25/06/2011 i.e.4th free servicing.

Since then i visited several times with this problem but they are not responding properly to solve my problem. They are only assuring me that the concern parts are not available which is really harasing & disappointing.

In this regard i do request you to take necessary step by which the engine problem of my bike can be corrected properly at the earliest.

    MY SELF PRAVIN GIRHE I dropped my vehicle FRM last 20days REG. no.MH-04 EU621.IN VIHAN HONDA SERVICES IN THANE (W) GHODBUNDER ROAD. FRM LAST 20 DAYS DUE TO INSURANCE CLAIM BUT I NOT RECEIVED MY VEHICLE TILL DATE AND THEY SAID PARTS R NOT IN STOCK & NO BODY WILL ENTERTAINT.I THINK THEY ARE ARRANGE THE PARTS FRM ANOTHER SHOWROOM IN THANE. I DONT KNOW HOW MANY DAYS FOR RECEIVING MY VECHICLE..& THE EVERY TIME AFTER FINISHING THE SERVICE WASHING IS NOT PROPER ANY VIBRATION IN FIBER PART THEY ARE SKIPP.THIS IS MY SECOND TIME COMPLAINT IN HONDA HEAD OFFICE.I AM WAITING FOR UR REPLY AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE. AND PLS TRY TO RECEIVE MY VEHICLE AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE.

    I bought an ACTIVA on Oct. 2010 from Nawab Honda, GGN., Haryana. On April 2011, I went there for some accidental servicing though my insurence co. But till today it is not complete due to non availibility of parts from HONDA. I have aiready paid full payment to the dealer and complained about it to you 4 times.
    Pl. take n/a.
    COMPLAINT:
    My son met with an accident with the bike on 9th November 2011. My bike was damaged and for the servicing and repairing, I submitted the bike to the service center i.e Beeaar Honda Lucknow on November 12 2011. But I have been facing lot of problems with the servicing. It’s happened around 12 days and still the bike is in same condition despite of the Insurance Claim also being passed and my continuous visits to the service center as well.
    The executives from the service center are continuously saying the same thing from past 12 days that the parts which are to be changed are not available.
    I am fed up with the service of the company. They always give us a distinct date and when we visit the center, the bike is in same condition and they are ready with the same words as well that the “Parts are not available”.

      Dear Sir,

      I have purchased new Honda CB twister by paying an amount 50,174/- from Ace Honda dated after saving last five month salary.I loved my vehcile so i have done every scheduled service in authorised service center. From last few days noise is coming from engine compartment. I went to Pragyan Honda, Mr. Ajay (Service Advisor) has checked my vehcileand told us that noise is comming from crank, it may be broken inside engine. He has given esitmate of mininmum Rs. 1500/-. It may be up & down after dismantling.

      The failure is happen in very early stage after doning servicing.I am very surprising for product future and customer handling by Dealer.Service detail is as below :

      2nd Service 31/03/2011 1700 Km Prakash Automobile

        dear sir
        my problem is that i am not getting the AIR FILTER of my vehicle activa it is damaged and i want to change that part but i am not getting it in any service center i approach to every service center situated in delhi i even go to honda spare parts stockist but all gone in vane they are not able to provide that part they said that this part is not coming from the factory.now you tell that from where i can get that part please provide me that part as soon as possible. otherwise wrong message spread against your company that your after sale service is not good. thanking you

          lost my Honda Activa key by the service provider

          Pratik Honda has lost my Honda Activa 2 wheeler key during second free service, last 2 months back. They promise me that they will replace my Honda activas complete lock set. But till today they had not replaced my lock set. They are just fooling me saying that they dont have spare from last 2 month. Yesterday on 27/05/2011, I gave my activa for third free service and they promise me that they will replace the lock till tomorrow on saturday...

          Dear Sir,

          I belong to a middle class family, working with Western India Automobile Association (WIAA) as EDP In-charge. I am very fond of two-wheelers. To fulfil my long cherished wish, I opted to buy a HONDA CB TWISTER (Self start) and I purchased my Honda on 10.11.2010 from M/s Punjab Honda, Ahmedabad. It was giving me a pleasurable ride and I am quite satisfied with the bike and its performance.

          Unfortunately, on 26th January, 2011 I met with an accident with another two-wheeler, and the steering of my vehicle was damaged. Since the vehicle was insured, I contacted M/s Punjab Honda on 27.01.2011 from where I purchased the vehicle. The claim was passed on the very next day but surprisingly my vehicle was not repaired at that time. On inquiry, I have been informed by the Stores Divison of M/s Punjab Honda that they don’t have stock of Steering, and the same will be replaced when the manufacturer i.e Honda delivers the steering to them.

          To my great astonishment, now it has already 5 months have elapsed the steering has not yet replaced. I am still driving the bike with the damaged steering which, of course is a threat to my life, as I won’t be able to control the bike the way I wanted. As a manufacturer of repute, it is beyond my imagination to believe that the company doesn’t have ample stock of spares. Before I knock any other door to get justice, I feel that it is my duty to inform you that as a manufacturer, you are not giving the importance of “human-life”. Every alternate day, I am contacting the Honda dealer i.e. Punjab Honda, and am getting the same reply “no stock”.

          I think 5 months is enough time for a company like you to replace the steering. I would, therefore, request you to kindly instruct your Dealer i.e. M/s Punjab Honda to replace the steering immediately or if you have not supplied the steering to your Dealer, please supply it immediately so that I will get my bike repaired immediately.

          I am sure, you will take immediate remedial measures to this serious issue.

            I bought one new activa for rs 49347/-(1000 cash for booking and rs 48347/- By cheque no 750174 dt 09.04.11).

            Since then I am crying for services and my documentation(rc/Temp rc) etc.

            I tolrated till 29.04.2011 evening and after that I duly written a complaint.
            Dealer not received it then on the same day it was sent to company at their mail address printed on the brocure of the company-friday, 29 april, 2011 9:43 pm.

            Till this date no any action is taken rather vehicle was seized by police and incurred losses penalty/Problems/In police station also on 14.05.2011 vide criminal compounding sr no 12556 dated 15.05.2011 of police line office agra.

            Even after the same co is not taking action against the erreant dealer and providing me the registration certificate rather invoking me against up government rto office

              I purchase a Honda Avaitor two wheeler 21June-2008 UP14AW-5770 ( JKM LEELA HONDA GHAZIABAD), after 1year 10 month back my Scotty has lot of problems



              Like noise from engine, starting problems through Self & Kick, body noise, pickup & average,



              I disused This are problems time to time Service center ( JKM LEELA HONDA GHAZIABAD ) but service center people

              Not service the in the proper way, after service 02 N 5Days in same I faced the same problems.


              And dear sir,


              I drop a my Scotty for regarding service 07MAY 2011, and compliant with attainder washing, Oiling & engine noise & MARGHAT noise,

              I pick the Scotty Sunday After 12:00, but They are not done the work, MARGHAT NOISE ARE AS IT, attender told me please come back Wed-11-2011

              But till time (Date 12 May-20141) work is not done.



              ALL THE PEOPLE INRENSOPILBLE.



              Kindly do the needful action to JKM LEELA HONDA GHAZIABAD .

                this is kislaya srivastava from lucknow who purchased honda stunner cbf on 8th september2010...from jugal kishore honda lucknow.the bike went through an accident on 1st april2010..and i took my bike to workshop of jugal kishore from where i purchased my bike. they provided me on written that spareparts will be available on 12th april 2010..when i went there they again provided me with the same excuse that parts are not available bring your bike on after 10 days from 12th april 2010 ...when i again inquired they again on provided me with the same excuse to bring the bike on 1st of may...but they are not able to solve my problem and only giving the excuses...now when i personally inquired the staff of yours told me that parts are available. if the parts are available then why you all are not solving your customers problem...on 3rd may 2011 i again went to jugal kishore honda they said and wrote on paper sealed by them that parts will not be available till 15th june 2011...come after 15th june...in this case i am unable to ride my bike because its not in perfect condition to ride safely...i am fedup by the excuses given and i am going to CONSUMER FORUM because now i think my problem can be solved there only..my phone no. is [protected]...kindly see into the matter and avail me with the parts...or please its a humble request to kindly close the company if you are not able to provide your services so that none other customers suffer as i am suffering because of you..

                  I had purchased an Activa on 10th August, 2009, in the name of Manju Gupta and the number of my Activa is UP 15 AM 2540.
                  In reference to my compliants lodged earlier with them, I would like to bring to your kind notice that I was called at the showroom by “Shree Dev Honda”, Delhi road. They admit that the rear shockers of my Activa need to be replaced but they didn’t take any action in this regard and denied to resolve the problem. I would really like to ask you that how can they deny providing me any kind of service, when actually you are liable to serve me.
                  I had already told them that my scooty is well within the warranty period, and I m facing a lot of problem because of the faulty shockers.

                  Kindly look into the matter on a priority basis.

                    I have taken a HONDA unicorn motor bike from lake city honda,sub dealer from nathdwara-rajsamand(rajasthan)
                    befor 15 days i have give my bike at chandra honda for a i service after a small accident.i already pay estimated amount for new parts and service charges.which i have receipt of it.
                    They give me just 5 days time to service my bike but still they can't manage it for me. and even no one can give the satisfactory answer at there.
                    So please kindly look into this matter seriously and help me out..
                    It is taking along time to giving estimation to the customer and as well as to the all.
                    Now also I didn't get any response.
                    Customer Care is also been very bad in sense.

                    i have purchase a new cb twister last month from uday honda adhchini delhi-30 on12th oct.2011 there was a noise in the engine from the first day i went there service station they said breing it on 1st service so on the 1st service they said that there is problem in the engine for that we have to open the engine.I was surprised how can be a new bike on its 1st service you can open the engine anyway after a long discussion with there stafff i decided to let them open the engine infront of me. they open the had first they change the piston but even after changing the piston there was noise in that so they decide to reopen the engine again, after that they found that there is probblem in the chamber of the bike still they are working on it but i am not satisfied if a new bike can be open in one month what can you expact from that later. I expact you people to change my bike or change my engine.
                    I HOPE YOU WILL TAKE NECESSARY ACTION AGAINST THAT BECAUSE ITS A VERY SERIOUS MATTER FOR YOUR COMPANY PRESTIGE.

                    this is a must read message for all honda customers.
                    On 6th september 2014 i went wiTh My honda activa for service to Uday honda service center laDo Sarai new delhi.i Asked Them to replace the brAkE livEr, silencer covEr, front mudguArD, which were broken, and also asked to test the average, and to wash the vehicle, they gave a bill of 835rs and Told Me to come at 2.30pm afternoon, when i came with My Brother, i did NoT Saw my scooty.I asked they told me to wait for 30 mins, and i told them to Give my scooty back and to cancel the service.they told they will not do it and asked to pay the bill.i asked what have u done.they told that none of the pArts was replaced, no washing was done infacT tHey had said to wash it.but now they were refuSing That i have told to wash.they spoke like gundas.the accountat was a bouncer by look.he gave a bill of 689rs for doing nothing giving lame excuses like labOur chargE, so on.I Gave thE amounT For doing nothing.the aCtiva wAs lOkking the same which wAs looking same in the morning when i bRought To the center.many of the people have given cOmplaints to this Service centeR.this center is decreasing the reputation of honda.shut down The center.honda it is the advice of we peoplE to take back the dealerShip From this bad udhAy honda service centre.

                      We are running one of the best two wheeler service point at TIRUPUR with HONDA certified technician, we are always use only HONDA genuine spares.

                      Our concern Name : S.M.Automobiles.

                      For your kind information, Past 3 years we are only buy the original HONDA spares at JAIKRISHNAA AUTO- COIMBATORE, but they are closed their concerns on last dec-2010, Then we face big problem to buy original HONDA spares, meantime we search in TIRUPUR dealer PRESANAA HONDA, but they are not even ready for cash carry purchase too, then we start the business with Aditya automobile spares (P) Ltd. Coimbatore. from the beginning they supply HONDA original spares, but time being they mix their own product named SUN PRODUCT instead of HONDA original spares, Recently we purchase a cylinder kit for HONDA SHINE at Aditya automobile spares (P) Ltd. Coimbatore they refer this is original, so the price also 20% high from the MRP due to delayed supply form HONDA. they give their own bill for this. But we are received the above cylinder kit is DUPLICATE and packed with HONDA original logo sticker also they sell this higher price in cash and carry too (please find the attached Digital's for easy understanding).

                      Due the above we are loss our name in quality service from our customer, also the business point, HONDA also face sales loss & goodwill this kind of duplicate products.

                      As our duty we are inform this to your sight, Kindly take necessary action to avoid this kind of duplicates in future.

                      In case we will face any customer complaints like the above DUPLICATE products, we are looking forward your great support to clear the customer requirement and loss of claim.

                      decrease the duplicates
                      first honda should correct their mistakes and infrastructures, and they should start direct spare retail outlet else they will loose their market in indian market very soon.

                          I booked a red coloured CB UNICORN on 10sep 2010 with shivam automobiles bhubaneshwar after paying an advance of Rs1000/-. The vehicle was said to be delivered by Nov 2010.                           no spairs available in any honda showroom i will purchase another product
                          I bought CBF150S honda unicorn in JSP automotive on 05/10/2009 i have maintained a regular service in this show room i driven only 10000 km now i got problem in engine, milage drop, no smoothness, when i went to showroom i asked they ready to claim the warrenty enginier checked my vehicle after one day now they are telling two month to solve this problem because of no spare i dont know why such a big company saying i ashamed to buy your vehicle no proper response on service 80000rs i spent not worthable as well as i bought an extra warranty for 5000 rs policy no [protected] but no use of it . you people have to resolve this problem kindly attend as soon as possible thiru murugan from tamilnadu chennai the show room code was tn010003. i hope you will do the need full to me.and my contact no [protected].

                          My name is YASH C. NAIK. I am having HONDA CB-UNICORN since October 2011. It has been a year from NAVSARI RAGHUVANSHI HONDA. And I had gone to the showroom around 12-15 times for a simple and a single complain that the bike is not getting earlier startup. My brother HARSH C. NAIK has contact your customer care service for same reason via e-mail. After that he got the call from your PUNE office that this time your problem will be solve. But after we gone thrice times but the problem is not solved by them so I request you to replace it with a new one. other wise I go to the consumer forum. Because I having not other choice.
                          I bought a CB UNICORN on 29 april 2013. After 2nd service i have so many complaints. Very bad servicing and customer caring from my dealer's service center. My dealer is SRIVARI HONDA, EAST FORT, THRISSUR, KERALA.

                            dear sir

                            i had purchased a Honda bike - Stunner, Metallic Grey color in last year (6 months old), which got accident on last month's 23rd.

                            for its repair purpose i submitted the bike to Shri Balaji Honda, Bahadurgarh, Haryana on the same day.
                            the bike is under insurance & just six months old so it suppose to be under cashless claim but they made an estimate of near around 20,000 & took money from me.

                            this is not enough, after passing of one month they are not able to deliver my bike nor they are able to provide parts of same color they are providing some stupid types of excuses like:

                            1) back cowel for bike is not available in grey color so they are fitting black instead of grey.
                            2) front engine cover is not available as supply of the part is not available from honda.
                            3) silencer is not available in the orignal color that's why they are putting black color silencer, which have a big dent mark & it seems that it is used (2nd hand).

                            when i asked them as being a genuine dealer of Honda, how can they do these non sense to me, that i cant accept bike in this worst different parts colorful parrot condition then they told me
                            that
                            - silencer cant be re-replace it is new & only these types of silencer are coming from Honda.
                            - grey color back cowel will not be available in coming 2-3 months.
                            - forget the engine cover.

                            & finally they said to me that don't argue with us, i[censored] have problems then contact at Honda Care & provide me a email [protected]@hondatwowheelerindia.com.

                            now, im totally frustrated by Honda, its an issue of big shame for such a big company.
                            i don't know what to do? but surely NEVER BUY A HONDA VEHICLE AGAIN.
                            plz help me.

                              I had purchased CB UNICORN from Doshi Honda, Indore (M.P.) in Dec-2010. There is a complaint of Tank in which he has to replace the tank.

                              Since 2 month i am waiting for replacement but their is delay from company side as informed by Doshi Honda.

                              Kindly look into the matter & do the needful urgently.
                              HONDA CBR 250R ABS is .
                              The bike has high maintenance. Thats alrite. But you are always forged for original parts by the dealer.
                              I have been going to V D Autowheels Mayapuri for servicing of my 250R for the past 1.5 years. The standard of service can be called a classic fraud. They only clean the bike and CANNOT fix anything faulty in the PAST 1.5Years. They charge very high just to meet their sales target. AMC which says labor cost is free is charged everytime @ Rs270 onwards. I have bills of more than Rs30000 in their name but the bike only gets worse. The Tyre is defective since the time I had Purchased the bike. Chain gets loose every 10 kms of even riding at 50 kmph. They told me to replace the chain at just 7500km. Isnt that amazing money making. HONDA KE BAS KI KUCH NAHI HAI. Iam ready to pay but TUMHARE BAS KI NAHI HAI.
                              The panel make noise.
                              The tyres are so defective you can bet your life on it.
                              The chain set is very much the cheapo. Dealer asks roughly Rs 7000 for it.
                              After sales service is a money making cheap trick used before 1980s
                              Rusting parts are another drawback.
                              The locking set had failed in the first 6 months. Dealer asks Rs 11000 for it.
                              Greasing of parts is another drawback.
                              CBF Stunner parts are being replaced in place of original CBR parts.
                              I will find every CBR customer and will advice them to scrap their bikes in Mayapuri scrap market.
                              Company does not provide bike cover.
                              Bikes are not meant to be standing in the drawing rooms.
                              CBR again.
                              Freaked out by now.

                                I want to register a complain against the service Provider "B.U. Bhadari "Honda Showroom, Viman Nagar, Pune.

                                I purchased a vehicale Named "Honda DIo" with number "MH-12 GB 341" and i have met with an accident. I want to claim my insurance and repair my vehicle so that i can drive smoothly , so from the last 5 months whenever i go to this show room , they are telling me parts are not available for "Honda DEO". They are telling like, "leave your vehicle here, whenever the parts will be available ,we will repair it ".
                                How can I leave mt vehicle for 5 months and that too with no gurantee that they will repair it.

                                Can you answer my simple uestion?

                                a) Do I make a biggest mistake of my life that I purchased Honda product?

                                Your immidiate reply will be appreciated, I am really in a big trouble !!

                                  my new honda twister black colour was brought on aug 2010 and met with an accident on 2 feb 2011 and given my two wheeler for the repairs at soorya honda katuppakam , nearly two weeks got over but till now they have not taken any steps and they are saying that they have not got the spare parts. Is this how a reputed company will say to the customer.for this delay in service some action need to be taken. plz. make the parts to be available soon.

                                    We had booked Hero Honda make Pleasure 100cc non geared two wheeler in Niksia Group United Agency on 22/01/2011 with cash of Rs.44,590/-.

                                    On Friday 4/02/2011 my father received call from United Agency that our ordered vehicle is in showroom and you can come down to make a choice from lot and take delivery. So me and my mother went in their work timings to collect the delivery of vehicle from them on Saturday 5/02/2011, but the answer we received was, "our showroom is under some work so we cannot give you delivery please come on monday 7/02/2011." I said "OK fine".

                                    Today On monday 7/02/2011 we gone to take the delivery vehicle. We got the feedback that "Only 2 vehicle's of type what is ordered Hero Honda Pleasure are available and we don't have batteries for them, please come when the next stock will arrive."

                                    I have only one question in my mind for Hero Honda and Niksia to ask that what kind of customer service the niksia goup and united agency is providing. If Hero Honda company dont know about this fact please see this kind of pathetic and disgusting customer service. Please Hero Honda Management see to the pathetic delivery system / mechanism you are running on.

                                    so Disgusting and pathetic services and rude towards the customer.

                                      My name G.Yuvaraj.Ph-+91 [protected], honda shine no TN 38BF 1362, E-mail [protected]@yahoo.co.in, purhased on[protected] at pressana honda coimbatore-TN.I have given my bike for third service to pressena honda .I was completely disappointment with the service.First thing, head light dim-bright button works properly before leaving for servicing and not functioning after servicing.When i asked regarding this to their staff they are not giving proper answer saying that electrical accessories have no life or warrenty and also i have to pay approx 500 rs for replace it, Only four months completed after purchasing, in that usage of dim bright button was rare .How it happens??Take immediate action to replace the dim bright button at free of cost.
                                      Also they have scratched in the right side of the petrol tank.handling is very rough.
                                      Even at the time of second service, while leaving they said come on next day evening the bike will be ready.Next day by 3 o clock i rang up and asked wheather the bike is ready or not, thet said its ready come at 5 pm.Iwent at 5 reception asked me to wait for 5 minitues, i waited for half an hour, i loose my patience and went to service floor there i was shocked, just now they took for the work a boy opened the oil seal and replacing the oil.after 10 minitues they said every thing is over, only water wash is pending
                                      This is the way they are servicing.Since we have faith in honda we have waited for three months and took the shinf for 64000rs. but in your service point it is very afraid to leave our vehicle.

There was rubbing sound in the rear wheel. I took the vehicle to the dealer, they checked the vehicle and found the chain sprocket is making noise, they told the chain sprocket to be changed, but they don't have the spare. They told to wait for 10 days to change it. One month gone they are telling that they put demand but they have not received the spare part. I have send 2 emails to the head office, but there is no reply, such a poor service to the customers.
