Incident happened on - 18th nov 2016
Incident details - my son while riding bicycle the paddle fell - off with the chain. We tried to fix it but then thought to bring to your notice.
Hence, telephoned store. Around 11 am i received call from mechanic and confirmed he will visit @ 4 pm and also asked me to speak and confirm with depart manager. So, i have called him (Don't remember his name right now). The conversation was shocking to him as he was rude and said how mechanic can decide and tell you time. He asked me to get the bi-cycle at store which is 7-8 km away from my residence. I told him, if i have to bring cycle at store then i have to arrange transport vehicle so requested to send mechanic.in reply he said, i have to get cycle at store and i have to manage the transport.
Later in the evening around 5 pm i called mechanic, he was in hypercity thane store and ready to come but he need department manager approval and again asked me to speak with him. Since my experience was bad with dept manager i have register my complaint with hypercity customer care. The executive has passionately heard all my conversion and assured me for the best service.in between 6 to 6:30 pm customer care executive called me again saying he has escalated issue with store manager and assured me visit and resolution on 21st nov 2016.

Till date, nobody has visited / contacted me to resolve issue.
Note - in complaint i have shared dept manager name with whom i had conversed.
So, i request for refund now instead of any kind of resolution.
