This is with regard to the outlet of Hypercity present in Inorbit mall, Vashi. This is for the third consecutive time that the cashiers have been cheating us. Today morning I had made a purchase of a Ferrero Rocher from the mall worth Rs.149 for which a payment of Rs.200 was made by me. However, the cashier returned me only Re.1 saying I had paid only Rs.150. They weren't ready to cross check with the CCTV camera footage and kept blaming me for lying instead. This is not the first time that this has been happening. In the past few months that I have been purchasing from Hypercity, this is my third such experience. This is a terrible way to treat customers and I am extremely angry by the way they have been treating customers and accusing them of lying.
I expect you to look into the matter and take appropriate action at the earliest. Once more this happens, I will make sure this incident is published in all the prominent newspapers. Was this information helpful? |
