[Resolved]  Hypercity — regarding cash back

I have done shopping at Hypercity, Kundalahalli Gate, Bangalore on dated 28th Jan 2018. As per the offer, purchase of 4500 and above will get cash back of 10% through Axis bank cards.
So I have done the same by using Axis bank card on 28th Jan 2018(7-8PM) purchased around INR 5K. But till now i didn't receive cashback to my account. Please do the needful.
