Non working of internet

No response even after giving complaint in mobile app reg internet

Connectivity and payments

First of all i have been without internet for last 2 days. Los light flashing. Not resolved. I have missed an important meeting today as a result of this.

Second, my internet package expires today. I have been trying to renew using app. Firstly it does not even recognise to renew the package i am on. When i try to change the package the payment screen is charging a completely different amount to the cost of the package....

Increased plan rate in covid 19 situations

Last year i have bought 6m unlimited plan in around rs 4000
My plan is going to expire now after one year
When check the plan it has been increased to 2 to 3 times in cost
Also there is no monthly and quarterly plan available
