[Resolved]  Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Declining refund and compensation

I have a nightmare experience with cab booking from @goibibo on 11th June from Durgapur airport to Mayureswar.
First, you sent a different cab. I booked a diesel car but a CNG car came to receive me. There was no space for luggage at the back. I immediately registered a complaint.
Then the driver choose different route for the extra income. The shortest route is approx 90 km. But the driver chose the route that is expected to be 130 km. When I object he compelled me to leave the trip. It was a very pathetic situation that I faced in my life in an unknown lonely place with luggage. I had to complete my trip from another random car by paying a heavy amount. Again, I registered a complaint to the customer support by mentioning whole incident in detail. The last 5 digit of this complaint is 41792.

I paid (Rs. 532 advance + Rs.210 for airport fee + Rs. 3000 to the new cab) = Rs. 3742 in total.
In any arbitrary cab from the airport it takes in between Rs. 2000 to 2500 to complete my 90 km journey.
Now after one week of investigation they offered me Rs. 200 back.
What a joke? Isn’t it a third class illogical resolution.
According to the useless Goibibo team, I completed 60 Km journey from their cab (It does not matter it is in right direction or wrong direction). If it is true then, the distance of that route was (60+85)=145 km. Since, from the dropping point to my home was 85 km.

Please take necessary action and refund my money with proper compensation.
