Hi,
On 22/03/2021 I booked a hotel at Tirupati in "Mamata Residency'' through your Mobile apps. But the problem is booking amount Rs.1, 465.00 has deducted from my Kotak Bank savings account. Till now I didn't get any confirmation from IBIBO GROUP Gurgaon, only I got a deduction mail from the side of Kotak Bank.
Last two days I trayed to communicate with Goibibo Customar Care but all the customer care numbers are not working and its only ivr based. There is no one, one can talk to. Then send a mail to [protected]@ibibogroup.com from there also I didn't get any response. That's the reason I keep a Complain Here.
So I am requesting after checking the truth of my problem, the money should be refunded to my Bank Account.
