As I going through the online payment for IDBI Federal Life insurance and in this process the amount -25000.38 was deducted from my account (HDFC Bank) and regarding this I have also got the message from bank.
So i want to know that the payment was successfully delivered to the IDBI or not.

This is to bring to your notice that in September i have applied for a Insurance policy in my wife's name. All the process / documents were done as required by the executive / personnel of IDBI Bank / IDBI Federal Life Insurance. The cheque was cleared in September but till mid of October no documents were received by me.
Later when i raised the issue then the executives of Insurance company informed...
