My IELTS was booked for Oct 21st 2020 and IDP has rescheduled the exam to 27th Dec without giving any prior information or even without my consent. This us absolutely ridiculous and shameful lf IDP to call themselves a proud owner of IELTS examination centre.
If we wish to change they charge us 3500 rs extra charges for rescheduling, however, they can change and reschedule without informing students/candidates and behave like GUNDAAS and talk like B grade customer service reps.
They are absolutely slow and horrendous in responding to emails.
They either lack english or analytical akills to comprehend what their customers are saying.
I have asked for a refund since I do not want my exam to be rescheduled as I am not available on the date they wish to take my exam on.
I would recommend thdi feedbsck to be taken seriously and take some action by behaving like fraudsters. They take the money and show dates that are available and then after few days they send you an mail stating a different date of the exam.
They do no even apologize or mention the reason for this and DO WHAT THEY LIKE!
