IDP IELTS — amount deducted but not verified by idp

My amount is deducted from my hdfc account but you have not verified it. Please help me in this regard. Cheque/ ref no. Is[protected] and payment is done to[protected]/ ebsidpeducationindia. Please help me in this regard as soon as possible. My 12650 is deducted as i was making payment through hdfc net banking. I want idp to refund my amount or book me a ilets slot. Please help me in this regard
