[Resolved] IDP IELTS — Amount deducted but test not registered

I booked a test for academic pen and paper on 24 August 2021. My passport ID is T6082233. Amount ₹14700 has been deducted from my account on 02/08/2021 (22:06 hrs) (utr id :[protected] but I did not receive any acknowledgment or confirmation mail or message.
