IDP IELTS — Complaining about test result

I gave my IELTS exam in Chandigarh on 14th March 2021. My passport number is L7995208 name Paras Malhotra. I had an issue in reading section part 1 and I was not able to choose my answer more than once. I requested the staff twice and the guy asked me to write down an email. My results are out and I wrote a complaint email on the 14th itself and I got a reply on 24th March 2021 that we are not able to do anything in this. IDP complaints solution has to be in 2 days but I got an answer after 10 days without any solution. Because my score is not to the mark I need to sit again in the exam. So I request you to either provide a solution or arrange it again. I have already got a loss of time because of the delay by IDP.
