IDP IELTS — Confirmation mail not received

Hi,

My name is Hemanth Chebrolu. I have booked for IELTS examination on 02 May 2021, I have done the payment via Paytm option on 29th March 2021. Money has debited from my account but the confirmation message has not shown for me. Moreover i didn't get any mail for credentials and confirmation mail.
Please help me on this.
