We want to apply for file in canada but the counsellor is never attending our calls. We have so many things to ask regarding the file procedure but she is very careless in attending us. She has given us her personal number, but never picks calls.
I think she is not skilled properly, and doesn't even know how to open the bank login of Canada, and puts the burden on us costumers only. We are at that stage, where we can't change the agent, otherwise, we surely would have. Please be cooperative. Was this information helpful? |
