I have requested for my ielts exam cancellation on 30th september ‘17 via email for which i have not go the response until 6th oct. I have called to your helpline number also they were just giving assurances that i will get request for my query soon. Finally on 6th oct in the afternoon around 3pm i have got the revert from idp stating i need to submit my cancellation request form by today itself as it was the weekend i was traveling hence it was not possible for me to do the needful in half a day as soon as i reached home i have mailed again on 7th oct around 11pm stating if cancellation is not possible please consider my request for exam postpone from 10th nov 2018 to 17th nov 2018 for the same centre. They said as i have crossed the tat now i am not eligible for cancellation and postpone. Due to delay in response from idp side now i stuck as due some personal exigency i will not able to apprear for 10th november ‘18 exam and my money is wasted. Request you please consider my request as exception and grant me cancellation of the exam. My passport number is z4403396 and ticket number for cancellation request is [protected]. Experience of call centre and chat was so horrible. Cces were rude and not willing to help.
