IDP IELTS — Exam fee deducted from my account but no slot booked

I have applied for the test on 2nd August 2021 and proceed to pay for the slot.
I entered all the details of my credit card ending 2004 for the amount of 14850 INR and the Reference no is ECOM_[protected].
The payment was deducted from my card but no slot was booked and no confirmation received yet.
I request IDP to process the refund as soon as possible.
