I scheduled my exam for 10 november and was unable to appear because of passport not available at that time. Inspite of emailing calling and even going to the head office nobody guided properly with my situation as i requested to put my test on hold. It was technical issues with idp website and unavailability due to holiday season that my issue was addressed late. Now when i am requesting to allow me to pay the fees and reschedule my request is not adhere with invalid reason continuously being given to me.
